Best cafe in town. Especially for cakes and coffee/tea. Best food you can find in Abbottabad (continental) Great ambience and lighting. Only con is that space is less. And cafe is always full.

Excellent taste in music - a breadth of classic compositions - very pleasing to hear in 2023! There was also a selection of tradable books, so I deposited several and picked up a few - always a positive addition. And finally - what superb cakes.... truly; the blueberry cheesecake and custard cake were magnificent. Pure perfection. Everything was great. The only noticeable improvement would be the lighting as it was very dark for some reason? The Americano was 420R and the cakes, 430R/480R.

I am forced to give #coffity 5 star rating due to its seating arrangements which literaly are best and awasome to spend quality time with friends and family. Its nice and calm enviroment is further beatufying its existsnce. Its lava cake, iced cake, black forest cake and coffee taste is very unique. I strongly suggest a visit to this place to enjoy the quality time with friends and family.

I’m giving 1 star because of food taste and food preparation time. I ordered chicken spaghetties and molten volcano cake. Chicken spaghetties taste was like gajjar ka halwa. I was there with my 6 friends and all of them didn’t like the taste. And molten volcano cake garam nhi tha, thanda ho gya tha. And they took too long for the volcano cake and spaghetties. Environment is good, you must visit there. Cleanliness environment with good ambiance. For Coffity Staff: Please improve your food taste.

Coffity Abbottabad is located in Jadoon Plaza Phase-ll 1st floor. It's one of the best coffee stop in abbottabad. They offer great cakes. This is a good place for quick bite. One can really enjoy friends hangout here. I would not prefer it for family dinning. Interior is exquisite but quite small dinning area. Its usually self service here. Quality: 8/10 Presentation: 8/10 Service: 8/10 Price: $$$

Ordered summer cheesecake it was not cheesecake at all. It was a simple cream cake with horrible taste. Overpriced and horrible. And the cream tasted so bad. On complaining staff wasnt accomdating or accepting their mistake. Rude behaviour. Dim lights and didnt loke the environment

First time dining here and had a good lunch. We ordered chicken pepperoni pizza (11", thin crust), chicken pepperoni calzone, and fettuccine alfredo..completely satisfied with the taste and portion size. All items fresh and well-made. The library portion was good. Good environment. The eatery has self-service which ive seen at some other places as well.

I visited after many years It's still the same good quality and tasty food I recommend chicken panini,DBC cake

Very nice food especially deserts but little expensive

The food was extremely terrible, esp the stake was horrendous, I'm not even sure if it was even cow's meat. The Lasagna was extremely rubbery, some drinks were terrible but others were good. The Burgers, Fries and Pizza were pretty good but if you can't make those things right they you shouldn't even think about opening a restaurant. Service was pretty bad, but the ambience was good, only thing I would change about that was the lighting which reminded me about Pakistani trucks, there is no need for that many colors.

Very easily accessible, good parking space available. Ambience and sitting is really comfortable, though these days due to covid, dinning is closed. Coffee offered is good, not amongst the best but it's good. The great and really yummy varieties of cakes are available. Pan cheese is one of the best.

Coffity has delicious deserts, particular Tiramisu is one of the best items at Coffity. It's my 3rd visit in 4 days and I couldn't resist myself, everytime I had ordered a slice of Tiramisu. I highly recommend Coffity. If you haven't been there, I assure you would fall in love with the delicious slices of different cakes, muffins, and cookies.

Been to Coffity with friends a lot. It's still one of our favorite places to go even now whenever we get together. I rec this place if you want a cosy place to hangout with friends for the day. Also rec the seats by the window in the back lol. Would also like to recommend you stick to the confectionary items as they are the best. The food we've ordered other than that was hardly impressive and lacked taste or felt stale sometimes. The cakes are very tasteful and worth a try. Sadly can't say the same for the other options, though.

Decent coffee and Kashmiri tea. The cakes are also very good especially the carrot cake. The shop has a nice and relaxed atmosphere.

The only place in Abbottabad where you can get actual coffees.

EDIT: Thank you for replying. I haven't gotten the chance to visit again but I appreciate that you explained what happened and I'm sure you've fixed the issue by now. Thus I have changed it from a 3 star to 5 star due to your response and because I know Coffity is a quality place under normal circumstances. ORIGINAL: Used to be the best. Sadly every time I go now the cakes are so dry in fact the last time I went the cake was just not good sadly. It seems like they're old or just too dry. In fact I ordered the kitkat cake and the wafers were soggy in the cake. Previously I told myself I wouldn't come back because of this but I gave it another chance the other day and was disappointed again. Their coffee is exceptional though. I hope you guys go back to the quality you used to have as the cakes used to be so fresh and delicious I used to order entire cakes from here for every event.

Had kashmiri tea there two times but both times the almonds were bitter.

The restaurant is on the first floor. The ambiance inside is fantastic. Seats are very comfortable. There is a book shelf in the corner; in case anyone wants to read while enjoying a drink/meal. However, most of the books are limited to computer science and technology related. I wonder who will read a technical book in a coffee shop. In the desserts fruits Syrup are used having loads of added sugar. I was feeling full after a few bites.

Food quality and ambiance was good. Especially the shakes were top notch. However, they took a really long time (50 min) to serve.

not pet friendly at all. i had my cat in her carrier and they told me to put her outside🤡 the staff said its not allowed but they had no signs displaying anything like that. disappointing went to taste planet instead and they were more than willing to accommodate me and the food was great 🤷🏻‍♀️
