they send emails telling everyone appointments available but when you call they tell us fully booked. For e.g. James does not work on Monday 's but email sent on 1/12 says there are 10+ appointments available in week of 1/16 including James at 8 p.m. This location cannot be trusted.

Extremely difficult to schedule. I did not have a massage here. I tried to schedule a 90-min massage but they are scheduled out until September 9, which is a a 45-day wait. Warning: Their online system, unbeknownst to me, moved the appointment from July 28 to Sept 9.

There is something to be said to have regular massage therapy in your life. Massage is not just for relaxing, as it is a therapeutic tool for a better life. A tool that can ultimately help your body to relax and heal. This is what Elements Therapeutic Massage is all about. They design the massage for what you need at that moment. It’s Awesome. I’ve had a number of therapists there and I’ve never had a bad one. Service is good, clean, and the staff is friendly. Song who is my regular therapist is really good and I appreciate her understanding of what I need.

I was super excited when I got the notification that Elements Massage would be opening again after many months of closure due to Covid-19. They have always been a place that I felt met and exceeded sanitary requirements. With the extra precautions they are taking to ensure their clients as well as their therapist are safe to resume business, I couldn't be happier to call myself a member. As always, the staff and therapist are professional and made me feel very welcomed while maintaining a safety first protocol. Great job Elements! And the massages are excellent as always.

Eliana is wonderful. She is professional and knows how to heal your pain. I had a wonderful experience with her and would recommend her. Also, I appreciate the management to give me another chance to have the experience I was looking for. Definitely would schedule for another appointment with Eliana.

Been going to Elements Massage for years and they are well trained and professional.

Really, really like this place. Many different styles of massage available, including deep tissue. Staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are immaculate. During COVID they have kept me feeling safe with a number of precautions that feel above and beyond what I'd expect. Prices have gone up recently but I still feel it is worth the value. Highly recommend them.

Had a great experience overall. Between the friendly staff and the clean and calming environment, I was able to really relax and enjoy the massage. Definitely would recommend!

James was amazing!! Focused a lot on the neck area which I definitely needed and appreciated. Loved their techniques. The visit was easy at every step. 1 hour flew by.

The team at Elements was great. They set expectations and informed me about precautions in advance. I was pleased to learn how prepared and cautious these care providers are being. Check-in was well-orchestrated, easy and comfortable. My massage therapist came out right away. She was welcoming and we talked through the treatment that would work best for my body. The massage therapy was excellent. I left my visit with the exact result I desired -- less stress, more relaxed, and free of pain. This group knows that they are doing. They are careful and they genuinely care. I recommend Elements Issaquah.
