👍👍 I had the great pleasure of training with Lara for many months! She was thoughtful about tailoring my workouts for an injury, but also pushed me to reach my goals. I would still be with her, but I moved to Arizona. I highly recommend Lara as a personal trainer and yoga instructor!! She’s the best!

😠 they send emails telling everyone appointments available but when you call they tell us fully booked. For e.g. James does not work on Monday 's but email sent on 1/12 says there are 10+ appointments available in week of 1/16 including James at 8 p.m. This location cannot be trusted.
