Ils ne font pas de prise de sang après 11h30 alors qu’ils ferment à 12h30. Je me suis déplacé pour rien.

Contempt of customers for two days with computer failures. We let people in, they wait then a secretary apostrophes them and informs that there will be no blood test and dismisses them. Not even a single word on the door this morning to justify the same problem is shameful!

Nothing to say about the collection. Very friendly person. On the other hand, at the reception level, there is an unpleasant person. Even though I had taken a ticket before entering the waiting room, I waited 15 minutes while the waiting room was EMPTY. To my astonishment this person replied: oh well...

Very warm welcome, well organized, almost painless sampling but why is it so complicated to access the results received by email?

The secretaries of this laboratory treat the elderly in a deplorable manner. They are not attentive, not friendly and raise their voices if we do not understand. It’s a real shame for a laboratory. Management should take action.

Labo très pratique d'accès dans la zon commerciale de grand Siècle à Versailles. Accueil agréable , prévoir de se présenter tôt le matin pour limiter l'attente.
