Alida was so gentle and professional, she took the time to listen carefully to the details of the cut I wanted. She was kind and gave me a comforting massage while washing my hair. Great help from one of their employees who helped me despite my poor French - she knew some English and successfully took care of my very damaged hair (note: I have very thick hair and she still managed totally fine, which is not always the case when I go to a hair salon I haven’t been to before). Totally worth the money for a quick wash, cut and dry!
