The jewelry is pretty and very original. A customer for several years, I have often delighted with these beautiful pieces. I am aware of the artisanal nature of this jewelry, but I found it somewhat fragile requiring numerous repairs. Systematically, I was billed for the repair and the jewelry was not even cleaned. I think that for the price, we could hope for better durability over time, and better understanding (commercial gesture). Over time my opinion is now nuanced.

The products had to arrive in 'MasterClass' and delivered by Mr. Carey, prices multiplied by 6 compared to those found on site in the American reserves. Perhaps making the trip is more profitable!!!.... Unhelpful staff, I asked to see turquoise key rings, I was told 'it's over there'. I stayed 20 minutes, no one ever came to ask me if I needed help... In short, store and staff who do little honor to the Native American spirit... To be avoided....

We were looking for wedding rings with a discreet bison and Harpo Paris had the perfect “jewel” for us! Our order arrived very quickly in a beautiful box. We had selected a size too large for Monsieur. By calling the store we were able to return the ring and receive the correct size in less than 1 week! PERFECT !! Thank you very much..... The jewelry lives up to the quality described.

I got this bracelet 5 years ago as a present from my husband, I love it and wear it a lot. Last year I realized there was a stone missing so when we travelled to Paris we decided to ask the Harpo team if they could fix it. They couldn’t do it in France so they sent it back to the US and I just got it back. I’m so happy to have it back. 🤩 Thanks to all the team, will definitely visit you next time we’re in Paris.

Delighted to discover Harpo, I was unfortunately very disappointed by the welcome in the boutique on rue Turbigo. The saleswoman did not take the time to explain to me the history and manufacturing of the rings and jewelry, although it was interesting. While I was trying on the rings, she was looking elsewhere... I had no advice on the size or model based on my hands and after 15 minutes I even felt that I was taking too long to choose... I finally got myself a ring only to realize the next day that it was too big. Result: €15 extra to get it back to my size! The service offered in store was well below the image and know-how that the brand represents. I will not come back.
