I have been working with clients for more than 10 years and I'm so sensitive for sales people and their behavior with me , today I have been pampered with the best service in this shop with a smile and greetings I'm so happy for the whole service from this shop all the staff are nice and welcoming but mostly I would like to mention the very professional client service been proposed to me by (paul-emile) he is the best and he deserves all these comments for his honesty and passion about his work 👏 Thank you 😊

I walk in and the sales assistant ignores me. I’ve been standing around not being helped for 10 minutes completely ignored. No wonder the shop is always empty. No one seems to offer help. When I asked for help the woman ignored me.

Customer service is good. The staff were nice and attentive to their clients. They are smiling and in good mood when they talked to us. That changed a lot to make their clients comfortable with them. Highly recommend this branch in Les Passages in Boulogne-Billancourt

I came to have my watch repaired and the battery changed without much wait since I hadn't bought it there. I was greeted by a charming gentleman who did everything possible to restore my watch to new condition: he even managed to fade the scratches. And all this in 20 minutes when I expected to have to come back after a few weeks. Very satisfied with the service!! I will return to this store.
