January 2 Resolution! On January 3 I call Jonathan and let's go for 10 weeks goal -10!! I lost 12! Thanks to the theraform method, I didn't feel hungry once, I made very few deviations and changed my eating habits! I feel good, I haven't had any deficiencies, I think I've really realized how to eat better, to overindulge but to control it! I continue to see Jonathan once a month to control my weight! I highly recommend this method and this institute!

I have been going to the Theraform center for several years now. I did a first treatment in 2017 which allowed me to lose around twenty kilos, then a new one this year after stopping smoking for another twenty kilos. Jonathan and Shana are welcoming, caring and very respectful, which allows you to follow your program without judgment and in a very positive state of mind. The center is bright, well decorated and always very clean. The program is extremely effective if followed to the letter, the results are impressive: 0.5 to 1 kilos per week. You have to be very involved with 2 sessions per week and a precise list of foods but it is 100% worth it. I have followed many “diets” but this is the only one that is really effective and without weight regain thanks to a stabilization phase with gradual reintegration of food. In short, I 100% recommend the center, Jonathan and the Theraform method.
