The location is very good. The rooms are small, but cleverly arranged. The soundproof windows are first class. Everything is clean. Bonus: The interior design throughout the hotel is appropriate and tasteful. Breakfast is very good and meets the demands of German guests as well. Staff are friendly. I deducted one star because room service raised the air conditioning from 21°C to 24°C without comment. I came home in the evening and my room was warm. At a daily rate of 250 euros, I strictly expect not to save on electricity and thereby reduce my comfort.

The Eiffel Turenne Hotel is a fantastic place to stay when in Paris. The staff are very friendly and personable, they are not corporate employees only doing a job (e.g. Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, etc). They spoke English when needed and helped/entertained me when we attempted to speak French. Close to the Metro, Rue Cler, and the Eiffel Tower. Definitely on our list if we return to Paris.

It was the perfect hotel for our stay in Paris! The location was wonderful, taxis nearby if needed, we always felt safe and plenty of food options. The hotel service was outstanding, they were patient, gave great recommendations and always went above and beyond. They even had our luggage waiting in the room after a full day of sightseeing when they were storing it for us! Highly recommend this hotel, the rooms are smaller but it's Europe - what can you expect!

When we arrived at 5PM our room booked weeks before was not ready. They said because of our having to wait, they'd upgraded us, though we had already paid extra for a 'superior' room. When we saw the room, we couldn't believe how tiny it was - not even room for an armchair - just enough room to get to both sides of the double bed. I went down to the reception and complained and was told (as if I was entirely ignorant, though I have lived in Paris) that if one books a boutique hotel, all the rooms are small. If we wanted a larger room, we should have booked at one of the chains, e.g. Novotel, etc. The room was clean and there was a kettle - in spite of this not having been listed on the amenities for the room when booking. The shower was excellent, even if one could just open the door and fit in. On one of the days of our stay when we had been out walking from early morning until about 3:30, when we returned, our room still had not been made up. When I returned to reception, I was told that they had to see to the rooms from which guests were departing first and if I had told them that we would be returning mid-afternoon, they would have made up our room. I will never stay in this hotel again as the attitude is that they have their way of doing things and the guests should accord! Absurd. And there are definitely boutique hotels that are roomier, especially if one has already upgraded to a so-called 'superior' room. I have stayed in them!

Very lovely little hotel. We got upgraded to Deluxe Eiffel room which was really nice and from bed you could admire Eiffel tower. Staff was also very friendly and helpful, we even got list of good restaurants near by. Location is also good if you want to visit Eiffel tower (1,2km) and Louvre (2,8km) by foot. Would definitely visit again.

We had a great stay here. Upon arrival it was very close to the train station and easy to find. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and let us check in early. The rooms are quite small but there’s not much more that’s needed in them. We had a great view of the Eiffel Tower from our window and there’s plenty of food options around. We did a hop on hop off bus which was only about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel. Perfect location in walking distance to so many sites and restaurants and just a short walk to a train station. The breakfast was also so delicious…something we are not use to from US hotel breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and return!

What a gem! The location and service were fantastic. We absolutely loved the little lounge that had a play area for kids but was still a lovely, quiet place to sit in the evening and watch folks walking by. Yes, our room was small, but it had everything we needed and was very comfortable, plus the views so spectacularly fit the romanticized ideal of Paris, and allowed me to take this photo of my daughter, which she loves. The feel and location of the hotel really added to the magic of her first trip to Paris. We will absolutely stay here again!

This hotel was perfect for our stay. The location could not have been better. Located close to the Eiffel Tower, subway, cafes, shopping, museums and more. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance or a short train ride. Lying in bed and watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle is a memory that will last forever. Amazing staff, clean facility and lovely lounge/breakfast area in lobby. Highly recommend!

This was my second stay at this hotel and it was just as lovely as the first! Great location, about a ten minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff are exceptionally lovely, going out of their way to ensure you have an amazing experience. The room is small but that is typical for Paris, it has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay in a beautiful city.

I stayed in the Single room. I expected it will be very a small room. And it was indeed. But There are everything in the room. And very clean. People at the desk, always so nice and helpful. I thought Paris people are not nice but they are so friendly and nice ! :D

The hotel is a small hotel with a good location. The staff was friendly & helpful. The rooms were small ( as expected) but clean. For being in the city center it was relatively quiet.

The staff were so lovely, friendly and accomodating. They helped print out our Disneyland tickets, they helped us when we were late for our restaurant reservation and even took our bags to our room. It just loses a star because the room was tiny and the aircon made a loud clicking noise.

Nice hotel, only 150m from a metro station / supermarket / restaurants - probably 10/15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower? We had an adjoining room, which while small, was big enough for its purpose (beds, quick bite to eat for the kids, and TVs). Excellent little "kids corner" in the lobby where the kids spent most of their time when were inside the hotel. Breakfast was a little sparse for the price, and the kids hardly ate anything from the buffet, so probably needs a cheaper option for smaller kids who won't stock up on mini pastries and jam and coffee. We arrived early, and left our luggage - returning later to find it had been moved to our rooms for us. Friendly staff, clean, would stay there again, but will skip the breakfast.

We arrived Thursday night and encountered Dmytro at front desk, he was delightful. It was our first time in Paris and he gave us great pointers. He even highlighted stuff for us on a map. We’re so glad we met him, we loved all of his recommendations. We even arrived hungry and he was courteous enough to help us with our Uber eats delivery. We didn’t see him after our arrival date but he was so sweet. The rest of the the staff we encountered were equally friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and many tasty cafes are walking distance. I would stay here again.

Very good experience with this hotel..amazing and helpful staff. Very close to Eiffel Tower about 5 mins walk. Many good restaurants close by. Next door there is a convenience store and burger/pizza place (open late night). Many other tourists attractions close to this hotel. Also staff can store your luggage in storage. Great customer service!

This was our second visit to this special hotel. Service and location, just a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and bridges to cross the river, are perfect. The rooms are compact - the only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 - but are spotlessly clean and fully equipped. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely use this hotel again for our next Paris adventure and recommend it regularly to family and friends.

Eiffel Turenne Hotel is a jewel of a place. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Perfectly located near public transportation and within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The room was super clean and bright with the natural sunlight coming through the large windows. I would stay here again and again.

Great location, great service, very clean. I would highly recommend. The staff is very friendly and clearly care. Easy to check your bags on the last day. There is always somebody at the front desk ready to help. Safe, the rooms doors are sturdy. Decent tv. Only thing that could be improved is the AC, works very well but limited to 23C, it is too high when it’s 30C out. I know it is a energy conservation thing, but 22C would make a difference, especially for Americans guests used to AC. Fantastic neighborhood!

It was a very nice hotel, placed in a nice and safe area, close to Eiffel Tower. Very nice and friendly staff. Room was clean, indeed small but that’s how it is everywhere in Paris. Will definitely come back here next time

Great little hotel in a nice neighborhood near the Eiffel Tower. Property is well kept and the entire staff, especially the front desk staff, are incredibly helpful and attentive.

We spent 3 nights here in November. The location was very convenient to the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides Museum. The room was small, as is usual in Paris, but clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

Friendly, clean, Comfortable beds and pillows, renovated bathrooms and great location (central and yet calm) all was great. Just like all hotels in paris, the rooms are not large.

Very cute hotel and close to everything in Paris: museums, sights, cafes, metro and shopping. The hotel is nuzzled on a quiet street so you aren’t bombarded with traffic or people. There is even a laundry mat next door! I took away a star because the first night there wasn’t hot water in the shower but It was working great the rest of the week. I wish I had taken advantage of their breakfast- it looked incredible!

Clean room, no AC, so noisey, walls were so thin so could not sleep at all, no Iron, the room was super small.

Excellent location. Clean rooms and most important, the hotel's staff: AMAZING! Rooms are small, but .. hey... this is Europe. Most rooms are small even in very expensive hotels. I work in tourism and I wish all my clients to experience the amazing treatment and care of these guys. I would like to remark the help of the lady at the reception on NOV 14, 2022 (in the morning/evening, sorry that I did not get your name). She was so helpful with a problem I had with a taxi driver, she didn't had to but she did not leave me alone till the problem was solved. For a non French speaker it meant a world. THANK YOU! If you are looking for a simple hotel, with excellent location and most important AMAZING PEOPLE smiling to you all day long...Eiffel Turenne hotel is the place. Well done!

This hotel was SO cute! It’s in a great location, only a 15 min or so walk to the Eiffel Tower. The room I stayed in was kind of small but perfect for a few nights and a couple of people. I do think each room is different so some may be bigger. The room was very well lit and modern, just as the bathroom. The staff was SO friendly and nice, they didn’t hesitate to help and kept in touch well before my arrival. Also they spoke very good English. The only slight downside was the elevator, that could use some upgrading. When arriving we could only fit our suitcases and had to meet them at the floor we were on, but that wasn’t that big of a problem for us and other than that it was all around great!! Highly recommend for couples or solos and I will definitely look into staying again when I visit Paris again!

A very cute hotel in what we felt like a very good and central location. It wasn’t a loud street either, which was good. The room was on a smaller size but more than enough for two people. Everything was well designed in the room so it didn’t feel tiny! The staff was also super friendly and very keen to assist us! We also took a breakfast option (€13) on the second day after we realised that a coffee and a croissant in a cafe near by cost €7. In short - we loved the place and will definitely come back on the next visit to this magical city!!

I loved staying at this hotel while visiting Paris with my parents! I stayed in a single room and my parents stayed in a double room. The staff was very friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions. The hotel is a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and very close to a metro stop which made getting around very easy. The rooms are small, but very efficiently laid out to be comfortable.

  • 4/5 Amanda L. 1 year ago on Google
Excellent customer service, all staff very professional, and room was very clean. For that, I’ll give them 5 stars. Unfortunately room and elevator were very small, two people with luggage can barely fit. if you’re ok with that, this is the best place to stay. Quiet and safe neighborhood, and close to everything around Paris.

I highly recommend this boutique hotel. Our double room was small but very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was good. Best of all was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I especially commend Humberto, the night-time receptionist, who kindly brewed me a pot of chamomile tea when I was having trouble sleeping. He sympathized when Lufthansa airlines delayed delivery of our lost luggage and celebrated with me when the bags were finally delivered.

Just back from a weekend stay at this gem of a hotel. Location is great, near a metro station and Eiffel Tower, walking distance of many attractions. The staff were so welcoming & helpful. We were able to leave our luggage after check out to enjoy a last full day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Paris!

Pros: was able to store luggage, fast check-in/check-out, location/proximity to metro and main attractions, eatery close by,, and staff that spoke English. Cons: breakfast was terrible and overpriced, elevator did not work on the last day, and no face towels. Overall would stay here again.
