You get a entire apartment not just a room. Fully furnished and the staff is super nice. Only minus is the price of breakfast at 22 Euros is too steep for what is provided. Recommend getting your breakfast elsewhere (plenty of restaurants within less than a 3 minute walk)

I would like to give this hotel 5 stars because alot of things: The first thing is Clara at the reception she is the best one and so helpful and smily person. The second things is the location and the area is nice and everything around you The room was big and has balcony

Location is great, next to M1 metro line. The only problem I faced is that the check in is strictly at 2 pm even if you arrive very early in the morning. They keep you waiting for long hours.

I have visited allot of hotels, motels, apparments & privet places... This is the most worst and bad place I ever visit and stay... Very very very bad service...5 days with no any clean or service. Staff are roud not all of them but most of them... And to be fare the price are reasonable And the room are big than the usual in Paris. Visiting again? Absolutely not 🚫 Actually it is my first time in Paris. And this place give me a very bad impressies about France I hope 🥺 my next visit it will be changed...

Belinda at the front desk was most helpful in resolving a problem. I had mistakenly reserved a 3 night stay beginning a day earlier than the evening we arrived. So on our 2nd day we were expected to leave but that wasn't our plan or need. She fixed our error and we got the 3rd night. Belinda was an excellent staff member and we appreciated her help immensely. Room was okay but the beds were not as comfortable and hoped. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working so steamy mirrors always occurred. All in all Fraser Suites La Defense is a good place. Close proximity to the Metro and easy walk to shops and a few cafes.

Our apartment was absolutely brilliant. Two bedrooms and a large lounge. TVs in every room. Good well equipped kitchen. Separate toilet to the bathroom which is always handy! Immaculate throughout. Safe parking. Close to Metro. Great staff. Good breakfast room if you choose to use it. Nice bar. A longe area. Bag storage. Thoroughly recommended. 5 stars!!

Enjoyed our stay in this property so much. The front office team is super helpful, the housekeeping team as well. We feel so comfortable in this hotel, feels like home.

We made a reservation at Fraser Harmony Suites in La Défense Paris from October 10 to 16, mentioning a deluxe apartment with breakfast, surprised upon our arrival, no reception service, very dirty apartment, poor breakfast, no room service , no minibar, and unbearably dirty I do not recommend this hotel which cost us 2200 euros for 6 nights for 2 people, it is truly incredible, and not even a contact to communicate

Comfortable one bedroom apartment with all available comforts. The sofa bed was very easy to unfold and made two separate singles beds! About a 3-4 mins walk from the train station. There is a Westfield Mall about 15 mins walk away with a good selection of shops and restaurants. Journey time to Central Pais attractions ranged from 10 mins to 35 mins. Breakfast was good. The pastries were delicious and staff helpful. Checkin staff was welcoming and helpful also.

One of the best hotels in Courbevoie is a good service, all services are available, the metro is nearby, prices are high ..

The staff were very warm and pleasant, the rooms cosy and clean and the breakfast was tasty.

Exactly what I need! had a business meeting in La Defence area - was in a walking distance, still close to the metro (only 1-2 minutes), so was a great way to get to the centre.

Frasers are a good service apartment hotel We have stayed at the La Defense property in Paris before and returned as it was good comfortable well maintained and friendly staff The breakfast buffet is served at the lobby restaurant and they kindly provided additional items for me as I am vegetarian. The ladies at this restaurant are really amazing cheerful and caring. Location is convenient as there’s a station 5 minutes away metro in the area there are many restaurants bistro and cafes 10 minutes walking you have a decent mall. With advance reservations you can get parking in the basement and it’s secure and safe. It’s the place for us when again in Paris.

Located on the fringe of town... but in the commercial district. Nice apartment style hotel. There is a laundry room where guests can wash clothes free of any charge. Friendly and helpful staff. We came in a bit early and didn't get fully settled until later in the day. Friendly and helpful staff...

Wow! Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights on our trip back to the States after South Africa and Germany. We can easily report that the rooms are comfortable. The beds were perfect for 40-something parents, our 16, 14, and 12 year old daughters. The wifi and AC are a blessing. The location was amazingly close to the Metro Line 1. Leo was so helpful and thoughtful the night we checked in. More than 2 employees went above any requirements to help us and other guests. I was surprised at one request from another patron, but Fraser got it done for them. The laundry facilities really helped our family as well. Our insufficient French knowledge was not a problem for them either. Everyone at this establishment is amazing and they know how to excel in the service industry. A++

Staff were amazing. Rooms spacious and clean and big closet to unpack. We were a family of 6 including 2 children and we didn't feel crowded. Minutes away from Metro and restaurants and mall. Excellent service from all staff. Space for kids to play. Free all you can eat breakfast with good food. Staff will call taxi when needed and will also make reservations to restaurants when needed. They ordered our food for delivery when needed. Spacious outside garden area for hangout. We will stay there again.

We spent two days and two nights. Best ApartHotel with b/fast we've stayed at. The toilet was strangely separate from the bath though. Friendly and helpful staff.

I can not believe this is rated a 5 star hotel.. We just left a 5 star in London.. This is not!! Floors are stained.. bed is rock hard, toilet seat is broke.. and views of 3 abandoned buildings beside the hotel.. But thats not even the best part.. Our room had the worst sewer smell coming from the bathroom sink. It was so bad it woke me up in the middle of the night. The only good part was the front counter was nice and polite.. so extra star for that.. Wont stay again.. beware

A very disappointed stay. Dirty rooms and very very bad bathroom smells, dirty dusty carpets. The cleaning room lady enters the room even if I put don’t disturb. Most of the staffs are rude. Unfortunately, one of the worst accommodations I’ve ever been.

A true sample of excellent hospitality! Without doubt Fraser Suites Harmonie Paris La Défense is one of the best hotels I stayed during my time in Paris. We stayed in One Bedroom Deluxe Apartment at Fraser Suites Harmonie Paris La Défense. Every staff member I encountered, from the reception to the house keeping staff were delightful and eager to help! All respect goes to Mr Zakir (31 Batch, Government and Politics, Jahangir Nagar University) who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! When I informed Zakir that we are visiting Paris and we need a good hotel to stay during our visit, he assured me straight away by saying, “No worries Apu, I’ll arrange the best accommodation for you.” From that specific moment I not only believe but also know that it will be done to the highest standard, because wherever we are, deep in our hearts we all are “জাবিয়ানস্”. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Thank you again for everything. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Paris.

Amazing hôtel, in a great location. This hotel is perfect for short and long stays, is within walking distance from the shops and restaurants at La Défense, has a wide range of amenities and a super good breakfast. I highly recommend staying here, the rooms are spacious and modern, rooms are cleaned every day and the service is exceptional. I particularly want to praise the two receptionists who were on reception 6 Juin 11am for a great service and customer experience.

Some front staffs does not seem very friendly. The way they talk seem aggressive. Breakfast is very good, six breakfasts here were fantastic. The restaurant staffs are nice.

Charged more than the booked price. Dirty rooms (dust and dirty dusty carpets, with mites) No cleaning (change of towels or bed) after the 1st night and no warning. We had to ask for toilet paper. Great breakfast and great location. Some very kind staff.

Decent appartement, updated interiors. A bit weird since there is not much personnel around. We didn’t get room service but we knew that ahead of time so we didn’t expect it. If you drive you better not blink when you get close to getting off the main road because if you miss the exit you’ll have to drive a bunch of blocks around and Google Maps keeps messing with you because of the many overpasses.

During our stay a valuable item of ours has gone missing from our room. Items gone missing/stolen from hotels of such high standard reputation is not acceptable. If you are planning to stay at this hotel make sure you always lock all your valuable belongings into the safe box at all times.
