This residence is a huge scam. I had a horrible experience. It's been over six months since I checked out yet they have not refunded my security deposit . I arrived here after a long flight from India, but they did not even let me see my room till I paid 3 months of rent in advance. However it's been 6 months now, but still there is no sign of refunding my security deposit. They don't even reply to my emails. Not at all recommended for international students.

WORST customer service ever. VERY RUDE stuff. I went to ask for a studio to stay at for 9 months. The lady tried to reply to me in english, i couldnt understand what she said cause her english sucks. She told me "Im getting mad, please go away or send an email". If you ever decided to stay there, stay away from the french blonde lady wearing glasses. Hint: she looks like a Co*w and weight also the same i guess.

I lived at Pythagore through the duration of my masters program. I need to initially mention the ridiculous headaches they are now creating AFTER I have left the country. I was expecting my security deposit back, when the residence charged me for 2 days that I DID NOT live there. I moved in September 2, however they charged me for August 30-31st. They didn’t advise me that they would be removing this from my deposit and they now refuse to return the money back regardless of the fact that I moved in later on. When I arrived the room was sizeable, unclean (toilette had stains, there was a black mark on my duvet, stove had stuck on food - looks like the last person living there just moved out and they didn’t even sweep the place, but they’ll still charge you a cleaning fee after you move out!). The running manager was very plesant to deal with, however this other manager I am dealing with for my current issue is being extremely unreasonable. One of the elevators was down for two months.

Nice place But ground floor is dangerous The main door got a circle of an almodt broken glass, it islike if someone tried to break it down, so it doesnt feel safe down there. The hot watet just finished while i wad tanking a shower so the hot watet is limited, and the cold watet was really really cold

I stayed here for 5 months during my semester exchange, sadly I'm still waiting for the refund of my deposit 3 months after checkout although they said at checkout that it would be transferred one month after checkout. No good response to emails either, only sorry's but still no money

this establishment is a huge scam, i made a reservation as a student and paid the reservation fees. Two weeks before i came i called to check and they told me the appartment will only be available 3 weeks after the scheduled date, i stayed in the hotel for three weeks and finally they told me they cancelled the reservation and they wont even refund the reservation fees. im going to sue them ...

The rooms are ok and the staff is nice but you won’t be able to sleep past 8AM as they continuously do repair work so you will hear either the hammer or the drill. Other than that the kitchen fans are directly connected to the ventilation system so you will get smell from what your neighbours are cooking inside your flat. In my opinion it is not worth the 800+ it costs per month.

Fairly large, comfortable and clean room on the 10th floor. Very quiet for central Paris, little noise from inside or outside the hotel. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, uneven mattress, but slept well nevertheless.
