Standard Starbucks experience in fancier digs.

The worst starbucks i’ve ever seen.. nice location, however the taste is completely different, not different than simple water.. They should fulfill what we pay for, since it is really expensive !!!!

This is the the Starbucks Ive been terrible service. They shout its like we are in the market. Theres is a guy name radoune i dont know exactly the spelling in cashier no respect at all

I really hope that I don’t do any harm to anyone that work here but , when I got here it was already21:15h I just want to grab some coffee and download a movie real quick. I sit to wait did movie to download and having my coffee quickly. Orphelia was super nice and sweet with her friend. Min S was really rude and asking me to send out when it wasn’t even 22h . You can see in the video the time.

This is really the most horrible experience we ever had in Paris. Coffee tastes exactly like from the reviews above, just some liquid in a cup of Starbucks. The little dirty shop has no toilet, so if you're stopping for a quick pause, you will have to stand 30 minutes in a queue for a a payable public toilet in addition to a-30 min of queue for the "coffee". Better stay away.

Typical taste of Starbucks But you need to find a clean table And when you leave , Leave your table clean please !

Just finished my drink that tasted weird and found dead bee inside never coming back again i want refund and compensation I dont think this starbucks even deserve 1 star

If there is no star rating we will give it. So disappointed. It was only 5 mins past 9 pm when we went to this statbucks in Chams Élysées on Oct 9, 2021 (Saturday). We were surprised that it was already closed and a crew was mopping the floor. So one of us asked her if they were closed already because the door was locked. And she said, "Fermé". Disappointed. I went and asked another crew who was inside a booth there. He signed "X" with his hands telling me they are closed. Then I said, "but it's written on the schedule that you are open til 10pm. He answered, (stuttering) "ah, i-i-it's fo-for ne-next week". Shaking my head, I said "ok then" sarcastically. Then took these pictures to gave this review. I know you guys are tired working all day. But c'mon, people need their coffee 😂. We started to leave after I took the picture, when I looked back, I saw the man that I talked to going out and holding a marker. So funny. I think he saw me taking the pictures and went out to change the open hours (schedule). That's it. I hope you find this review/rant helpful. To the starbucks crew, please be honest with your work times. Don't rob the people you work for by closing earlier than you should. Peace!

Starbucks is located within an indoor mall. The atmosphere is okay. Service was very fast although it was a full house.

Good standard Starbucks coffee. Good place to sit while wife shops. Wifi also. Service was friendly, efficient and quick

The service was decent, but having a Starbucks in a shopping mall is not really my preference; however, it serves the purpose. Also, the seating area was somewhat dirty, with empty trays left on several tables.

They gave me a $7 cup of hot milk instead of hot chocolate… thanks

Starbucks France is the most expensive than all other countries' starbucks, especially this one, and they still reduce the customer comfort on site. 👎 Inflation seem to be hitting hard Starbucks to be so cheap

We did the free visit so I can't speak to going to the top. I suspect it is a good view down the champs Elysees. Please do not try to be cross the street. There is a tunnel to go over to the Arch. The ticket office is in the tunnel if you decide to try it. The eternal flame for the unknown soldier with a proud French flag flowing in the breeze is in the center. Please take a quite moment for the soldier and his family. Best to read up before you go to make sense of the inscriptions. Also understand why it was built and why they built the small 3 arch down by the Louvre. They're connected...

Overcrowded place, cold coffee/ drinks were out of stock.... it's + 34 C in Paris today...Starbucks's managers must know about it and prepared ice beforehand)))

This Starbucks is severely understaffed. The two staff members were working hard and fast but there was still a long line and the tables and counters were covered in trash and drinks!

The location is very convenient and working hours are ok. Most of the sitting area is made up of wooden uncomfortable chairs, the WC is paid, it is quite cold in winter as is almost open-air. I find it quite unsuitable for stopping by to do some work as there are better such cafes nearby. Just drop by to get something and go

The muffin was still frozen on the inside. I asked for a chai, they told me I could only have it with breakfast. A chai latte was no problem... Don't see the logic in that. Service was good, poor customer service though

Manager or might be supervisor named BRION behaved very rudely and impolite and had no manners to talk with customers. Disgusting, PLEASE TRAIN THE EMPLOYEES Also, when asked if he speaks English, he said with a wierd attitude that we are in France so, which again was rude. We returned from the place hungry stomach.

This is what my caramel frappucino looks like. No taste, no coffee, it tastes like gone off milk and you get to pay more than regular so that's great. Really terrible. Stay far far away from this one. Took 3 sips, feel sick.

Fast and friendly service from staff used to serving big crowds and multiple languages!!

The usual Starbucks experience. But good point is that it is inside a building but very close to open entrance and you get the flavour of both indoor and outdoor.

The WORST FRAPUCHINO cookies and cream EVER and EVER !!! Very WATERY and ICY...taste like NOTHING !!! Visited today around 12pm

It’s a starbucks same as other starbucks. There are alot of great cafe’s to choose from in Paris try them instead. 😉

Starbucks is starbucks Not a great location or a nice view as you are not looking at the Champs-Élysées.

I like all kind of coffee in Starbucks especially frapechino and capuchino. And some deserts like chocolate cake lover.

The staff members of starbucks champs elysees are very mean! Not friendly at allll! I was surprised, because this is not what I am used to see at starbucks! I ordered a caramel macchiato, then I asked her if I can have it cold with ice, because she didn't ask me which one do I want, since she was on a rush. She responded "there's no such a thing". But I insisted, I said I always take it cold! She said should have said "iced caramel macchiato". Seriously, she couldn't make the link between cold caramel macchiato and iced caramel macchiato?!

Sooory Starbucks, not a great fan of yours... Would give 3 stars if the grade was mine only. But my daughter visited Starbucks for the first time (thanks Tik-Tok). She took frappuccino and - she was sooo excited that we had to repeat it twice more in following days... :S I took pumpkin spice (halloween special) and frappuccino cafe caramel and it was - brrrrr - sugar on sugar with sugar... :( Classical caffe latte was - nothing special, but - ok.

Disappointed that they could not accept payments from my Starbucks app from the UK. They said they only accept payment from the France app which meant that I have lost points, Damn! Also, they did not have the drink I ordered which again meant that I had to change for another. If you are visiting from a different country, please be aware that you cannot use the app to pay. Other than that, staff were friendly and spoke English which was good for communication.

Donuts are just ok but so dry though Drinks are missing some taste and so icy Chicken sandwich was good Cream cookies cake was tasteless

Cheerful employees, very good energy around the staff. You have nice and well shaped tables and seats that are available to you. That the best thing is that most probably you will find the best spot for you.

After a long waiting time (which is okay for the location) we had problems with our order due to the fact the staff wasn’t able to speak or understand English. After a couple minutes, they found someone who took our order. Then we received the wrong coffee and after a short discussion they agreed to replace it. Even in the second attempt they were not able to deliver the right coffees (wrong size and wrong kind).
