I was extremely disappointed and felt very sad about the property in France that I booked. They did not honor my reservation and gave me conflicting explanations as to why it was cancelled. First, they claimed that my credit card declined, but there was no evidence to support this claim. Later, they said that I cancelled the reservation myself, which was not true. This was a very stressful situation for me, especially since I had just arrived in a foreign country and did not have a place to stay, particularly given that it was already 6PM. The fact that the property did not honor my reservation and left me without a place to stay ruined my entire plan. We spent hours meticulously planning our events around this location and even had to cancel our dinner plans. It was very frustrating to have my plans derailed and not be able to follow through with what I had hoped to do. I believe that accommodations have a responsibility to be transparent and honest with their guests, especially when it comes to cancellations or other issues that could impact their stay. It was not acceptable for the property to give me conflicting explanations and leave me without a place to stay at such a late hour. Edit: To their response… Why would I travel to a different country, just to cancel my reservation and not have a place to stay… and stress myself out on purpose..? Don’t gaslight me when your system is too incompetent to even give a sufficient root cause to “your mistake”

I i can, I will give 0 stars. I went last year here, and we had reservation for best apartment here. When we come at 0:00 they say, that they want our credit card ( i dont know why) and show us credit cards with all numbrs and security codes others customers. We was carry abiu our cash and we didn't gove them cards. After, he show us the room.. the room is not looking like on the photo, and we didn't seen eifla tower in the window. Thems politics say, to sell the same room w few times. When we say that it is not the same room, what we order, they had problem to give cash back. After few hours we was homlees in paris. And the rooms ar dirty and destroyed - not like in photos.

We LOVED our apartment! Our window in the living room had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower, the space was roomy and it fit our family of 6 nicely. Quick walk to the tower and other sites or grab a LIME scooter and go anywhere! There was a mouse in the kitchen when I was up the first night but it wasn’t a rat so I guess it could have been worse. Would definitely stay here again.

Untrustworthy and unreliable. We were excited to stay here but they cancelled our reservation without any explanation, despite already charging our card incorrectly twice the amount! Still awaiting our refund. Terrible customer service as they do not respond to any of our emails.

Location and the great view of the Eiffel Tower almost made up for the family above us with children who ran all day long. Having the kitchen and extra bathrooms was very convenient. But it just did not make up for the running children.

We chose this hotel based on its close location to the Eiffel Tower. From the moment we walked through the door, we were overwhelmed by the beautiful old building with its Parisian charm and decor. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, and helped us in every way she could, even giving us recommendations on where to get the best croissant. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was extremely spacious and included everything we could want including a kitchen, lounge room, separate dining room, 2.5 bathrooms and balcony with a view. It was a very quiet, safe area as close to the Eiffel Tower as one could hope for. We will definitely stay here again, I recommend this hotel for any traveller.

Like a few other reviews here and on TripAdvisor, I’m can’t rate our stay because they cancelled our reservation without any explanation two weeks before our stay. But after reading some of these other reviews, I’m beginning to think it was a blessing! Buyer beware.

Beautiful view of the Eiffel tower and just a short walk to the shops. Its a lovely central location and there was enough space for 6 people. The beds were very comfortable. 5 stars.

Loved this place! It was more of an apartment than a hotel room because it had a fully stocked kitchen and stackable washer/dryer in the unit. We could look out the dining room window and watch the Eiffel Tower glitter at night. Gorgeous! The only negative thing is that the elevator is small - 2-3 people max. The people at the front desk were always helpful. The lobby was under construction and we could hear them working away early in the morning. That being said, it is a very clean hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

The view of the Eiffel Tower is exceptional. No doubt. However, not taking t hat into consideration, the ac was a problem. To get air into the rooms the funnel (about 8 inches in diameter) had to be stuck through the open window. Meaning that as much cold air was coming into the room, hot humid air was coming in. This was a big problem considering we were on the top floor. The apartment is gorgeous, but I really needed that AC to work. I would advise that the management use a screen around the funnel. I have seen these in other French homes.

Amazing experience with our family of 5...the location was outstanding, the room was spacious and the staff (esp. Suzanna) went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed!

Great view of the tower and location, walls are thin, don’t expect hotel like customer service. Only 2 people can speak English, tiny elevator and zero service after you’ve paid.

A very nice place to stay. Very close to the Eiffel tower it’s within 200m away! I booked 3 bedrooms and had a cute balcony on my own room.

Unbelievable views of the Eiffel Tower. Most of our group had never been to Paris, and they loved it. As someone who has been many times, I did too! Great space and room to spread out, good facilities, everything very clean and comfortable. We especially liked that we could drop our bags and get out in the city while we waited for our place to be ready, something you usually only get with a hotel. We’d come back!

The concierge was friendly and helpful. She assisted us in arranging travel and local recommendations. She spoke English, Spanish, French, and Arabic and was a pleasant individual to encounter every day. The hotel itself was comfortable, conveniently located, and had amazing views of the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family staying for a week or more in Paris.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at the Resident Charles Floquet for Bastille day. We stayed on the third floor in a superior apartment. We had a living room and dining room with balconies with views of the Eiffel Tower. There were three bedrooms with four singles and one double bed, and two full and one half bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and dishes to make meals. Some previous guests had left oil, salt and pepper, coffee and filters but that seemed mostly random. There were toasters, a drip coffeemaker and a nespresso machine. Washer and dryer in the kitchen. The front desk sold nespresso pods. There was a single dishwasher pod and a single laundry pod provided. On Avenue Suffren there is a franprix grocery with a wonderful bakery next door. I highly recommend Cafe Beaujolais for a close dinner. It was a perfect place to view the fireworks for bastille day. Avenue Charles Floquet closes for around 5:00 for the fireworks, so we had to explain to a policeman where we were staying. Very quiet and beautiful place to stay!

The location is great. If we weren't stay here, we would not have gone out at late night to see the light show of Eifel. Just 3 minutes walking and we feel the most "Paris atmosphere" in the Champ des Mars with Eifel in front of us. And you can see securities in the neighborhood so it's relatively safe to stay in this area. Rooms are super spacious and comfortable. We were upgraded to a 3 bedrooms apartment and that was just exactly what we needed. The service is quick and friendly. You almost have everything you need in the apartment. Cooking is probably not the choice of most visitors, so the tools would be a little be inadequate. The only downside is sound proof. It's Paris so probably everybody comes back late. You can hear almost every door slam and walking sound.

Disappointing Experience and Poor Communication at Résidence Charles Floquet I had a deeply frustrating experience with Résidence Charles Floquet. My initial booking on January 16th, 2024 for a stay from February 5th to 7th was inexplicably cancelled mere hours later, with no clear explanation provided. This confusion was compounded when I reached out for clarification. Their response cited an issue with my credit card, which was clearly a mistake as the charge was already reflected on my bank statement. Efforts to rebook were futile as no rooms were available, leaving me in a lurch. My attempt to resolve this confusion with a screenshot of the charge went unanswered, demonstrating a lack of customer care and accountability. Thankfully, Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel saved the day with their excellent customer service, ensuring a comfortable stay. It’s disheartening when a planned stay turns into a series of frustrating events due to poor communication and service. I cannot recommend Résidence Charles Floquet based on this experience.
