These days, at our chain, we have a set menu for what we're going to eat, and it's just a combination of pictures. Crushed Okra Beef Bowl + Yamakake: The aim is to be healthy because of the dietary fiber in the okra and yamakake, but the real aim is the wasabi that comes with the yamakake. This goes well with beef! This mariage is based on the wasa beef from Yamayoshi, which is located nearby. Hopefully, you can only choose wasabi as an option lol

Delivery is extremely slow. What does it mean to have to wait 10 minutes for just one side menu? I understand because I worked there for 4 years, but why don't you start with small orders? You can't turn it unless it operates at maximum efficiency. I guess I'm stupid.

A terrible shop where the level of part-time workers (male) is too low. They probably haven't been properly educated, they don't bring water, and they don't come when I call them. Even though it was right in front of the Cultural Center, I thought that a store like this was a disgrace to Itabashi Ward.

I ate the beef sukiyaki hotpot that started on November 7th. Delicious with lots of meat. I like Sukiya better than Yoshinoya.

Other customers notice this and leave. The clerk that day was a foreigner. Please provide at least the minimum level of education.

Although the delivery time was listed as 5-20 minutes, the order was canceled about 40 minutes after I ordered it. If you can't prepare it, could you cancel it sooner or not put it on the order list? In the end, I just wasted 40 minutes!
