ちょうど１年前に、初の喜多方ラーメンを食べに坂内食堂本店に行き、食べて来ました。 今回、この地域への観光で来ましたが、ここに坂内食堂があったので食べたくて寄りました。 店の雰囲気は、何処にでもある様なチェーン店的な感じで、どーなのかな？と心配しました。 こちらでは、本場の様な朝ラーは無く、朝１０時の開店です。１１時頃に入店した時には、数人程度のお客さんのみ。 メニューは、本店とは違いセットものなど用意され、チェーン店的な感じです。 注文時、喜多方ラーメンの大盛にしようかなと思っていたら、サービスでライスが付くと言うので、普通にライス付で注文しました。 まずスープを一口「同じ味！」と思うつつ、もう一口飲むと本店より塩味薄くて、ドンピシャの濃さでした。地域性があるのか？または、本店がたまたま塩濃くなってただけなのか？分かりませんが、個人的には、こちらの方が口に合いました。 食べ終わる頃には、ほぼ満席になっていて、人気店なんだなと思いました。 さすが日本三大ラーメンの１つ、喜多方ラーメンです！
