I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Itu Terras de São José Golf & Resorts in São Paulo, and it was an exceptional experience! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel facilities were fantastic, offering a wide range of activities for guests. The food at the on-site restaurants was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend the Novotel Itu Terras de São José Golf & Resorts for an unforgettable stay in São Paulo.

We've stayed for about a week there. The staff was great, the recreational staff very attentive and our kid had a great time. The food and drinks also great. Unfortunately the sauna was closed so I couldn't test it The gym is quite Small containing mostly cardio equipment (running, walking, step) as well as a single multistage equipment). Almost zero free weights. I had to hire an external gym ( very nice close by named Mamute Gym) to really pump some iron. Comparing to other similar resorts we found the room much smaller. Internet was quite slow and I preferred to use my hotspot. The pools and pool bar service also great. A good option for a full rest getaway.

We came on the 1st of January to play a round of golf ( the hotel is promoting as golf and resort) and to have lunch or dinner at the hotel premises. When we walked in, and we asked the receptionist ( Larissa), she didn't know if the golf course was open ( she called to find out!!!) and she told us that we weren't allowed to go to the restaurant either as it was reserved only for guests of the hotel!!!!. We asked if the hotel is "pet friendly." which means if they accept animals, and she told us that yes, the hotel is pet friendly, but when we mentioned that we have a cat, the receptionist said the term "pet friendly" doesn't include cats!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Very unprofessional and sloppy customer service; it seemed like they had zero training. Everyone was guessing, and we felt that nobody was there to work but to ensure they would not have more workload, so they focused on sending customers away—a very disappointing experience from a Novotel.

Very nice hotel, with helpful staff and great amenities! The pool is huge and the tennis courts are great. One day, way after lunch, a bunch a us asked if they still had some of the carrot cake they served during lunch, and one of the bartenders went and got us a tray with 8 pieces! So sweet! Made all the difference to our stay. Totally recommend it.

Great place to restory enery and have a good moomemt with kids, a great aquaplay for them, and many other kids attraction. The beverages are too pricey though.

About 1.5 hours drive from Soa Paula, Novotel Itu was a great spot for our small conference. The is an all-inclusive, family-focused hotel, so lots of kids around. For a quieter stay, request a room on the south side.

We came from Canada and were there in early October for the Tomorrowland festival. This hotel and its staff were one of the thing we enjoyed the most! The staff were always eager to help and really friendly. The food was good. Special mention to the excellent pizza at the night buffet. Thanks again

We recently stayed at the hotel. The hotel and rooms are ok but we decided to use the spa that it’s located at the property. We booked a relaxing massage for 4 girls. Absolutely the worst massage we ever had. No effort at all. One of the girls was massaging only using one hand and using her phone in the other hand! Unexpectable! We started the massage at 10.15 and they were done by 10.48. Not worth it at all!

Amazing stay at this hotel. We stayed here for the Tomorrowland festival and the staff was on top of everything. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the festival.
