まず、スープが湯だっていることにビックリ。麺も唐辛子?が振ってあり見た目のインパクトは凄いです。
スープは濃厚と言ってもクドクはなく辛さもあって程よい感じでした。レモンの酸味も相性も良く、つけ麺で久し振りに美味しいと感じました。つけ麺って、やたら魚粉振ってたりとか途中でスープがヌルくなって食べにくくなるのに、そのようなことは一切なくて良かったです。
麺も程よく腰がある感じで食べやすくスープに良く馴染んでいると思います。
フラッと入ったのですが、大満足でした。
