2 stars for the delicious food & nice ambiance! Here let me explain where the remaining stars went to: absolutely HORRIBLE service. On a significant day for me with my colleagues (8 pax) we went to this promising place. One of the waiter was bluntly rude to my group and especially to me after I made a mistake with an order, which I have 3 times apologized for. She was questioning my order, rolling her eyes and literally gaslighting by telling that no order was made. Totally disappointed and disgusted at this level of service which I have never experienced in a Lebanese or any other Mediterranean restaurant worldwide. We were treated as we were made a favor to be fed & served in the restaurant. To save the evening & the mood of the rest of the my collages I asked for a discount on the bill to smoothen the situation. That was a complete joke when another waiter brought ONLY for me a shot of liquor (what about the rest of the 7 disappointed people?!) & no discount at all. At the end I literally had no more energy to bare this service ambiance, we paid the bill, took the remaining desert and left. In restaurants people pay for the experience and we paid in this place to be humiliated. Read some previous reviews and found out that it is a recurring issue at this place. I guess, it is time to reconsider service operations at this point already. By serving good food & ensuring a nice atmosphere you cannot charge as a restaurant, this is the level of take away. Even at take-aways people are more accommodating.

We invited some friends to the restaurant. We went with a total of 4 people and consumed almost 70 euros. When paying the bill, the manager said that our bill was low, and that consumption was low. What kind of manager treats customers like that? We feel extremely embarrassed. No customer can be treated like that. I do not recommend and will NEVER go back.

Tasty but overpriced for the amount of food, especially compared to other Lebanese restaurants in Brussels. I imagine it is better in groups of 4-6 people, as you can order mezze. Would come back and try that option!

The place is fine, the food is tasty, but HOW DARE you serve amazing Belgian beer at ROOM temperature in an APEROL glass, yet charge 5€ for it 😩😩😩😂😂😂

Absolute favorite place to eat. Like being home. Some say it’s expensive. Maybe. But between ambience, location and reliability of the consistency in the quality of the food and the fact is basically always open. That’s worth the money spent. Staff is kind caring and attentive. I bring everyone I know here.

Fire🔥🔥 Only way to describe their food! Popped in for a quick lunch midweek, and all I can say is after lunch we walked back into the office with full stomachs and big garlic smiles😊. Food portions are huge and the food tastes really good- great value for your money.

It's a Lebanese/grill restaurant in a shopping mall. It's a bit more pricey than the fastfood chains one floor down but you have a calmer atmosphere and table service for that. They can accommodate large groups if you make a reservation beforehand. They offer fish plates, steak, burger, mixed grill and Lebanese hot and cold dishes. They offer some nice cocktails and mocktail variants, I did like their virgin cosmopolitan quite well.

The food is ok but not great My issue was mostly with the service, was moved 2 times even thought the waiters put us at those tables. Food took a long time to arrive.

Authentic Lebanese food... every single item was bursting with flavor. I love their concept of serving the main dish with bunch of appetizers. Service is indeed a little slow. I noticed that the servers were struggling because the place was full, they could do with hiring atleast one more waiter so that the waiters could serve guests better without being too stressed.

Had lunch here with my family last sunday upon hearing rave reviews about this restaurant and to be honest it did not disappoint. The waiter was very nice. And the buzzing atmosphere was also great. The food took a while to arrive but it was worth the wait. Every single element of our platter was absolutely delicious and there are a lot of choices for vegetarians as well. Definitely planning to come back for more.

We made reservations for 1930h and we arrived on time on a warm and sunny Sunday evening. The restaurant was very crowded both in and outside. It became apparent quite soon that it was severely understaffed. While the food was quite good while not haute cuisine, the service was appallingly bad. We got our starters almost an hour after we sat down and the meal lasted over 3 hours. What's worse is that they have a take out counter and we saw all of our dishes except the cooked meats were ready in large quantities. If they do not have enough staff, the restaurant should turn away customers rather than treating them like s--t. If I could give less than one star, I would. And to top it all, the only "apology" or explanation that we received was that "it was very crowded". All in all, a terrible experience

Food was ok but was given a plate that was chipped in 4 places.

Food was really tasty but the service is not great. We had a reservation but we had to wait at least 5 minutes to be seated in a basically empty restaurant. We ordered beers and the waiter after opening the bottles told us that he brought us glasses with ice as the beer wasn't very cold!!! At least he should have asked us if we would like to change with another one. I would go again to get takeaway but not as a night out to a restaurant.

Nice food but the service could have been better! The location is nice even if the high tables are uncomfortable. What I had: assiette végétarienne.

Great Lebanese food, the falafel is excellent, great variety of fantastic flavours. Only reason not to give the maximum score is the lower attention to the tables on the upper where we were (all of the action and the kitchen is on the ground level; also our table was cleaned between the main course and the dessert with a not-so-fresh cloth, which is not what you expect post-Covid. But all in all, I hope to be back soon because the food was so great. Very friendly service at the table as well!

Wonderful restaurant - everything they served was delicious. We were there for a (large) group dinner, and despite the size of our group, the service was rapid, and allt her servers were friendly and smiling (and joking) with us. I would definitely go back again! A great evening!

Had a great dinner for two, sharing 6 plates (and even got to take the leftovers home). Recommended if you love Libanese food. Also nice settings (in/out door) in centre of Brussels

Good food, great set and nice service. Try the Lebanese wines, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Good authentic food in a nice setting. We had a menu with three courses and enjoyed a variety of appetizers (hot and cold), two types of meat (chicken and lam kebab) and a variety of deserts. We had a Lebanese wine with it. The Lebanese coffee was very good (lots of cardamon).

Food is tasty, but service is not accommodating, I have been completely ignored for a while in at that time still half empty restaurant, staff passing by without looking, one waiter was even moving chair from my table with his leg agressively. Just then one very young waiter came and was extremely polite and nice and managed to make you feel like a person, all the props to him.

The best Lebanese restaurant in town. Beautiful decor, exceptionally friendly staff and owners and the food ...if it were up to me i'd never stop eating. Delicious. ❤❤❤

Very good Lebanese food in a modern environment with plenty of options, homemade lemonade was very good and all the different plates we ordered were amazing, so much flavour, beware, don’t get spicy stuff if you can’t handle a lot of spiciness because it was very very spicy
