The food is good, but the service is horrible as usual! The owner is super rude and forced us to leave our table, because as she said other people were waiting and we should think about the others. Just to clarify - the people who wanted to take our table already had a table but they didn’t like it because the weather was rainy. They were not able to eat there, which i don’t understand why?! It was not our problem that the owners didn’t buy better parasols that can cover better the tables. She was super rude, even though we just stayed to finish our drinks. Maybe this was illegal! To be honest i thought after 7 months of not working because of the Covid they will be nicer but NO!

Menu is very reach. Price is ok according to quality of food. Unfortunately service was so slow and staff was not so nice towards clients.

I'm giving it 3 stars because of prior experiences. But time was pretty awful. The food is great, always has been, and this time was no exception. But the service is terrible. We arrived at the place at 2 in the afternoon (a bit late by Belgian standards, but this place had people coming in even after we left. We tried to order the fajitas, but they had no more. And you might think, well it happens, but it was on their suggestions menu and it's on of their star dishes and as stated earlier it wasn't that late yet. The fajitas were the only reason I wanted to go there so I was really disappointed. We ordered burgers instead and a nachos starter After a good 20 minutes of waiting we ask if the nachos aren't ready yet. They tell us that they forgot and that the main dishes are ready. So we pass on the nachos and get get the main (minor annoyance: he served the burgers wrongly and someone had a bite at some else's burger). Mid eating we order some more drinks and after a while we have to order them again because the waiter had forgotten them. To end we have dessert, but they forget one of the desserts. **So all in all, good food but terrible service. Also note that this time the place was pretty clean but other times we have found food and garbage on the floor under the table. I gave it 3 stars to represent overall experience. If I were to judge only last time it would have been 1 star. On the other hand I would give it 4 stars without including this last experience, service was never great but reasonable.

Nice place for a relaxed brunch. Good service, very responsive staff and good dishes. A little pricey, but in line with what you expect in Brussels.

Great yummy double espresso macchiato charged as "two expressos", meaning 200% of one expresso macchiato prixe, even though their menu shows a double expresso at 150% the price (€4,50) of a single expresso (€3,00). Answer 1: "We don't care about the prices they set." Answer 2:"It's the location sir!" Me:"You think 200% instead of 150% is coherent?" Answer 3:"Yes, because it was a double." Won't be coming back. If you feel like wasting money then yes come on over! : D A shame, because the food is good.

Nice decor and the service was friendly. A good place for children with the games section and the kids shows on TV. The food however is overpriced for what it was. The ingredients were rather cheap for the price. For example, the sausages in the hot dogs were cheap and generic (probably from a tin) and there was practically no cheese on them either, definitely not worth the price. The sandwich was also very small considering how much it cost.. The milkshake on the other hand was very nice.

Nice and cosy place. Did not like that coffee mug was broken. Crepe was ok, no Nutella, just choco syrup. Club sandwich was good.

The food is not the best but the scenery makes up for it and pleases young and old, if you're into this style of diners of course. Only, last time we went (having been. couple of times already ), all four of us got sick afterwards resulting in us never going back. We believe the funny tasting milkshakes to be the cause. And as some have commented before, we also once had an incorrect bill, due to tired waiters!?!. Didn't make an issue at the time as it can indeed happen but it seems to happen more than once...

Itcwas very nice, I went on a date with my girlfriend few months ago. Food was good, prices pretty reasonable for the quality. Though i must say in my opinion the waitercwas slightly rude, it was late friday night so maybe he was just tired, but some bad after-taste left

Nice setting, typically American from the 60s, very colorful. The price is overall reasonable but some products should be more consistent and less bland. Also some points to improve here and there to make the experience even better. To test if you are curious and come back if you liked it, like me 🥞🍔🥤

Colorful American interior, delicious food, friendly people, and great peace with a book under the sun at its terrace...such a rare opportunity in Brussels, go get it when it's sunny 🌞!

The veggie sandwich was disgusting and the oil was not fresh. The decor is nice but the food is like a nightmare.

Nice atmosphere but the food was not great at all. They don’t accept Visa cards which is not mentioned anywhere beforehand. Had to go to the bank machine to get cash and return. Has never happened to me before in Brussels. Will not return.

The place is great for kids, they love it! Hot dogs have nothing special, french fries are really average, cheeseburger is good! Service was slow although the restaurant was half filled... I had the impression that the online order took precedence over the persons dining on site...

Food is delicious but you have to wait ages for any service and when you ask for something, it's takes either a long time or you have to ask 2 or 3 times.

When stepping into this place it feels like you are transported in the US. Lovely colors, nice diner style food and drinks, perfect for families.

Was not impressed at all. The pancakes were DRY.. they tasted just like bread. We went there for brunch and they had run out of bacon🤷🏾‍♀️ very strange for an American diner. The service was okay and the place is nice.

Nice place to go with the kids. They will love there colours, it's all pink everywhere. Staff is super friendly and your kids can scream an they want, you'll never get a negative word out of them. Food is good, had the new Yorker hotdog. The whole could be a bit more tasteful. They serve good local beer from the tap as well. All in all very nice experience

The breakfast is good but not what you expect in taste and portions for the money you pay. I would put 3.5 if possible. I like the fact that all the stuff speaks English and they have English menu.

Great service by the young staff, pleasant decoration. The food was mediocre. The bacon, fries or chicken nuggets were over-fried.
