Very Beautiful & Affordable electronics shop. Their staff come to assist once you enter and are very attentive. Sells a bit lower than the LG shop up same road. LG, Samsung, Thermocool, Hisense etc Televisions, Sound Systems, irons, Refrigerators, washing machines, cloth Dryers, blenders, electric kettles, toasters, good processors etc are sold here. They also sell Tv consoles/stands and cooking pots. No wheel chair access but good enough parking space. Their stainless pots I bought had quality and looked very beautiful but burns food a lot (the reason for the 4stars else they deserve 5stars)

Located at Ademola Adetokun Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja beside Glo Headquarters. It is a gigantic structure with beautiful architecture of a storey building. This place sells electronic gadgets from LG, Hisense, Nokia etc. The prices of the products are largely determined by Dollar rates. So, there's no static prices. For instance, if you've been there once for some certain products, it is advisable to check again on the prices of those products because there might be fall/rise in their prices. This place sells quality, affordable, warranty and guaranteed products. The staff are cool and cute with caution of respect for customers.

They close too early (7pm). Many people work the whole day and can only shop at night. Closing at 9pm would be better. Maybe they need staff for day and night.

Fantastic place to be with nice products but staff didn't have the right character to attend to customers not even on calls. Poor staff performance both on call & in shop.

I would have scored the place 5stars but I am very particular about service and i wasn't too impressed with the agent that attended to me. She kept frowning and acting like she was being forced to do her work. The security men were super friendly though. Outside my experience with the staff their products are sport on as always and very competitive prices too.

Compare to Sahad Store, the TVs has a better price.

I got some items from Fouani wuse branch of recent, I haven't even started using them yet but would like to drop a review on customer service. Customer service is very poor, the Arab guys are arrogant and they treat customer with no form of empathy or respect. You need to do better judging from the amount of money you're collecting from Nigerians. Being rude and nonchalant doesn't do it.

A lot of modern LG products on offer, but management not friendly to the ONE ITEM purchaser! It is better for the place to become a wholesaler!

Located at Aminu Kano Crescent off Ahmadu Belo way. Don't really have variety of Refrigerators products as my client couldn't get the desired one. Don't have wheelchair access.

Service is really poor...when I got there I wasn't even assisted in anyway and the attendants were looking at me like 'what is this one doing here'? And when I asked them a question the response was condescending...anyways I left to buy my tv somewhere else. Good riddance!

I wish there was a zero star. When we entered, the staffs were not welcoming, the one that later on attended to us was very unfriendly and the security inside was behaving as if we were part of his problems. In whole, I will never buy anything again from this particular store. The one in Gwarinpa is still the best so far..

Bought a 6.5kva Maxi generator here and it's excellent, the guy that attended to us was polite and respectful, unlike some of their sales girls who mostly access you by your car before they attend to you. I guess they are really employed as it seems they make money from their sales so I'm not bothered. Overall service from this LG is excellent and the generator is superb

Well laid out Store. LED android TVs and Home theatre & general consumer Electronics on ground floor. Refrigerators, air-conditioners, washing machines, dryers & microwaves on first floor.

Non existent customer service. Just bought an LG TV and remote isn't working after only one month!! I don't care if a new remote is 2cents or the fake service department sends me on a wild goose chase to get a remote that's now my problem somehow, don't treat your customers this way!!

Health and safety precautions taken seriously so even if you leave the showroom 7 times you'll be checked and required to sanitise your hands 7 times. The customer care manager (Mr. Hassan, I think) was helpful in answering all the questions I had and gave his professional advise which brought much needed clarity to my decision making. The after sales services are satisfactory on paper only left to be seen in reality. The one negative issue (which I think is company policy in all their branches) is that I'm not comfortable with the floor sales girls following me around the showroom. Also the Equipment I wanted had an increase in price within the Christmas holidays... otherwise, it is a well run and reliable company to get all things LG.

Licensed distributors for LG home electronics amongst others. Nice place. Most items carry a two year warranty. Might cost more than in the open market but you're paying extra for peace of mind. I ordered a 1.5Hp Dual Inverter Air conditioner and it works perfectly. It came with the standard 2 year warranty and 10 years on the digital Inverter compressor. For a fee, they installed it themselves with the promise of 2 years free maintenance.

The customer service for the company is so poor. Even when goods are covered under warranty they will look for something that you need to pay for such that the warranty is not free again. Plus even for big sized equipments you have to drop off and pick up. They don’t respond to messages. Don’t patronize this business!
