The center provides customer care services and also sells quality Samsung products at a reasonable price compared to other Samsung retailers. They also sell other related products as well.

Ambience is simple but good. The ground floor is a showroom for Samsung products and other phones. There are also Samsung Televisions displayed on the top floor. The repair office is on the top floor. Staff were courteous and ready to help. Found out the street value of repairs is higher than the store repair price. 90,000 outside of repairs for the new screen of a Samsung S9+ but the store is fixing it for 62,500. There is also a warranty. Cool

Poor services. 1. They are just like other phone repair shops in banex, from what i noticed the just have connect to Samsung in china or somewhere. 2. On like other shops this guys don't give you back ur gadgets the same day its 3 days to 1 year or till you come back and start shouting. 3. The open late like very late, so best time to go there is 12pm and closing time is 🤦 just close with them. 4. Same day repairs are for selected gadgets and due to rush the may make mistakes while repairs. 5. The lady upstairs is a darling. She have good customer relationship. Lastly for me I will only go to this Samsung office if and only if my clients insist that i fix their gadgets there. But my own phone i will go to another place to get it fix.

The worst place to repair your phone. They have no idea what they are doing and would surely spoil your phone worst than it already is. They said it would take 5 days to change my screen. It took more than 2 weeks before I could get my phone back and when it finally came the phone spoilt again in less than a week. I finally had to throw the phone. And this was a new phone I bought #270k!!! They are the worst place to repair your phone!! Go there at your own risk.

I came here (Samsung Customer service center Emab Plaza) with two phones... Note 3 and Note 5. Both had screen issues and needed changing. Before coming here I made enquiries in a non Samsung shop and they ended up breaking the rear cover just for them to assess the phone. But on getting to this shop I had my Note 5 repaired like new... Everything is working including my stylus. The note 3 on the other it seems they don't have the part but notwithstanding, I am very pleased with the service assurance I got here. #samsung #note5 #note3 #phone

I came to fix my Samsung phone screen, the customer service was excellent. They sell phones here (not only samsung).

I got there 9am because thats the opening time on the website. However, the lady with the keys to the office arrived 30 minutes later after leaving customers and workers standing outside for 30 minutes. She did even apologise. It seemed to be a norm because the workers weren't bothered in any way.

Great customer service and the repairs are definitely lower than getting it done anywhere else. The front desk officer is patient and pays alot of attention to detail.

I went there to fix my screen. After my screen was changed, they replaced my fingerprint sensor and now I only use pattern. When I complained, they kept posting me until I got frustrated. You can still visit them though, the weather may be different for you.

This Customer care Centre offers more than just customer care service, at the ground floor is also a shop where varities of new samsung phones are on display for sale. The Centre should benefit greatly from its good location. The representatives are also customer friendly and repairs are affordable and replacement parts are indeed guaranteed to be original.

The Samsung office is not really customer friendly more like a depot and their customer service was less than per.

Great customer service and you can find a wide range of Samsung products for sale at the recommended retail price. You are confident your purchases are authentic and covered by warranty ranging from a year to two years. They also see authentic accessories and provide repair services. I noticed there are stands for other non Samsung products (which was strange). All in all, excellent service all round.
