The customer service and staff are horrible and lack basic communication skills. I went last night with friends and was the first to show up. I ordered in less than 10 minutes nachos, a Long Island and a table hookah when my friends came in they ordered shrimp and fries and a floor hookah. 15 minutes after they came in their food arrived. I waited 45 minutes for my nachos to come to my table cold and limp. I asked them to remake it but the manager came to the table and said straight out he doesn’t have quality food. Their not a restaurant and when he makes them if they don’t come get the food in time it’s going to cold. He said he recommends the wings and that’s all. So I ordered wings, fries and blue cheese. Even though I didn’t want too I was trying to reset the mood and give them a third chance. An hour passes and still no food. We asked the lady and she said that the manager said no order was put in for me. We got the tab and left. I wouldn’t ever in my life recommend this spot to anyone. The owner was very grabby with his employees and it looked uncomfortable and inappropriate. They will never get my money again.

The server that we nicknamed Lyly was great. It was a slow Wednesday night. Good for a vibe and to talk. Music was a good mix. I'm big on a clean bathroom...they need to tighten that up.

I paid $18 for packaged shredded lettuce n frozen fried shrimp. The waitress couldn't pay attention like that bc she was chopping it up with a fellow worker or looking at her phone. I had to walk to her to get my food corrected. Oh they called it a salad. Then the frozen egg rolls they were$8.99 n the hookah was actually priced cheap I believe it was $28. My question is why was my food over $100 even with an added tip ⁉️⁉️⁉️❓❓❓

The food was good, drinks were good, hookah was flavorful and smooth and the staff was very attentive and kind! I had an amazing time and will definitely be back . We went on a Thursday so it was very laid back.

The best hookah lounge in JAX, the owner, waiters, and bartenders are extremely professional….always treat us like family..music always on point. Just a great environment! You definitely won’t regret it!

Visiting Jacksonville from DC. I was told on Friday’s it’s the bomb; however, that was inaccurate. The DJ sucked terribly! I guess first Friday’s [once a month] is the ONLY time you should visit here. Customer service was REALLY good though, even though I did not stay.

Always I nice chilled vibe. I like to go a lil early on the week days with my fiancé, when is not many people. We’d like to chill in our little booth section, smoke hookah, sit back and relax and listen to the DJ play good music.

This place was ok until they lost my ID. I went to The Spot for the first on a Friday night. Once me and my party were seated, the waitress immediately asked for a credit card or ID to hold in order to place an order. I gave my ID. When it was time to close out the check, my ID was never given back to me and I forgot to ask for it back. I came back the following day to retrieve my ID. The waitress that took my ID acknowledged taking it and never giving it back. The owner looked in the register where they obviously keep people’s cards and id’s.He sifted through what looked like a deck of id’s but still could not find mines. If I gave my ID to an employee, then my ID should’ve been given back to me by an employee. The owner took responsibility but did absolutely nothing to accommodate the mishap. All I got was “Sorry!” “There’s nothing we can do about it!” SMH. Bad business. Don’t give them your ID or card. They are irresponsible and will try to deflect like it’s your fault. The owner should pay for a replacement ID for the whole deck of ID he has stacked in the register. People are so messed up.

Great place to vibe and smoke hookah on Friday and Saturday nights. They play mostly hip hop and rnb, waitresses are great, hookah flavors are amazing and guaranteed to have a smooth pull. What I like most is the hookah guy comes around with coals like every 30 to 40 minutes to replace the coals so you don't have to request new ones. The food is great too, and it's an excellent place to have conversations and just vibe. They also have TV's for when the games are on. Forewarning, if you get there after 9:30pm you risk not being seated because all the tables sections and booths, even the bar, will be taken. So try to get there as early as 830 to guarantee getting seated. Also, although they do accept cash, they will require a card on file until your ready to cash out. They holding charge does drop immediately if you pay cash. If you really like hookah, try this place out. Great place, good tasting hookah but the service was amazing! I never tried hookah before so myself and a few friends decided to check this place out. We got seated right away and our server came over immediately. I asked my her what she recommended and it was great! I believe her name was Leandria. She continuously made sure we had everything we needed. She was always so sweet and professional. Will definitely be going back! Thanks Leandria!!

Poor service, charged 15% service charge. The waitress bought the food after 1.5 hours when only 2 groups were seating. The owners are smart enough to cosy up to big groups but charge for non-existent service. DEFINITELY THE WORST PLACE TO HOOKAH IN JACKSONVILLE!

Great atmosphere and amazing DJ. Always a great time and good vibes. Evelin is one of our favorite bartenders and the owner is the best hands down.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. I came across The Spot when I was looking for a hookah lounge. The hookah, drinks, music were great definitely a great relaxing vibe. The waitresses are very friendly and attentive making sure you are well taking care of. Overall just a very enjoyable experience! Thank you, I’ll be returning.

To start off the drinks were nasty they tasted awful and my friend got two drinks. the first one was just out right nasty and that was a drink we asked the girl about and she stated that was a drink they made up and made it sound soooooo good and in reality it was just nasty and then the second drink my friend she asked for a double shot of sour whiskey and it wasnt even a single and they put olives in the drink and they were so slimy different drinks and both of them were not good at all. And secondly the hookah we got was just bad in all aspects the flavor tasted like a smoke machine and we brought it to the girl that was working and she spoke to one of the guys there and he came over and acting like we was the problem and was like well it’s fine for me and I stated saying yes it pulls fine but there was no flavor what so ever to the hookah. And he got a different flavor and then it wasn’t pulling at all and me and my two other friends both tried it and it was not pulling at all. So we left because it was DEFINITELY not worth $160 worth it was so bad we got up and left after we had to pay. And the facted one of my friends knows the owner we have a very bad experience!!

The atmosphere is nice, however, the furniture needs to be repaired or replaced. There are a lot of holes in the cushions, I'm assuming from the hookah ashes falling on the seats and sofas.

The location is very cute. However, the cocktails & food is very undesirable and very expensive/overpriced based on overall experience. It was no one in there, which is good most times for a chill night. The hookah, very good but the price point is insane! A mojito & shrimp (6piece) basket was $48. The same Mojito was ordered 3 times and was made different each time… and it was more like a sprite with vodka than a mojito. I would return but I would never spend my own personal money again. However, it’s very relaxing and cute inside

It was a very chill atmosphere, the hookah was good and had a lot of options for flavors and the drinks were good.

That was my first time there. The atmosphere and vibe was cool, a hookah 5 drink and a side egg roll which was delightful ranned us about 150.00 including tip which isn't bad..

I like the atmosphere aside from it being a little too dark. The drinks were a tad watered down. I was looking forward to coming here because of their vegetarian options on the menu. I ordered the falafel wrap but just got bare falafel. I didn’t mention it because the waitress had already said the menu was limited until 11p. It was still good but more like an appetizer instead of a meal. The staff was friendly. I can see myself going back. 2nd visit: -it was extremely too hot -they have good fried pickles -the drinks were better this time -Please get a different DJ. I can listen to music from 15 years ago on my own time.
