These guys are top notch professionals and extremely well priced. They help you make the right decision based off your needs. I had another jeweler quote double for the same ring. They custom made my now wife's engagement ring off a photo I gave them and it turned out stunning. They also made a matching wedding band which compliments the ring perfectly. I enjoyed working with them so much I had them custom make a challenging necklace as a wedding gift and they nailed it. Don't waste your time or money at Smyths. Custom jewelry is not as complicated as it sounds when you work with these folks.

I’ve had custom pieces made from In House, resizing of several rings, chain repairs, you name it. Fantastic service every time. I came to Matt after purchasing an anniversary band for my wife at another well known local jewelry store. I was referred to Matt through my brother in law because I was unhappy with the decision I made. He built me a custom band in a short time period. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at In House Jewelers. The price, quality, and service were the best I've ever had.

Very nice people run this store. They were able to re-size a vintage ring for me 4-5 days before a holiday! They really made my day. They do 3d modeling and resizing in house (hence the name) so you can get whatever you want done here. They were nice to me and didn't look down on me or my ring. The jewelry they had on display was classy and not gaudy like some of those bigger name places or stores closer to the city. Will definitely return :)

His ability to translate those discussions into, first a 3D printed mold to review, and then the final product is top notch..
