Let me start off with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE my husband and I have ever had! The managers name is Mirza with a long last name and he made this visit enjoyable! The food was good and we love how they bring the meat to you!! This would be a GREAT first date and great for meat eaters!!! Buffet of all your good meat 🍖🥓🍖

First of all I would like to thank Mirza for providing excellent service and great hospitality. We had a party of 30 which turned into 40 and allowed us to have our own room. The food was delicious and we had time to decorate at the beginning. We will definitely be hosting more celebrations and highly recommend visiting this location. P.S come hungry

The beef is always on point. They have a good selection of sides. Service is great. The picanha is our favorite cut and it was prepared great. Beef could use some more seasoning for our taste, some of the cuts were actually bland and the chicken was tough. Overall, we wil return. Been coming here for a few years now.

So had lunch here and only got the salad bar… and when I say only.. it is a crazy amount to chose from! Hot lobster bisque soup, maple crazy food bacon, smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail, blue cheese salad wedge, roasted yellow and red peppers, kalamata and huge green olives(sure it’s a type but don’t know what it is lol) apple salad, watermelon chunks soaked in mint, cinnamon pineapple, 6 kinds of fresh cheeses… seriously I can go on and on but I think you get it. Total value and best salad this year! Did not even miss the meat!

We decided to eat outside to enjoy the nice cool air and it was so enjoyable and delish. The salad bar has some yummy carrots and some of the best prosciutto I have ever had. Great staff and service! We will go back! Hubby enjoyed his drink and only needed one!

I’ve been 3 times now.. This is my favorite place for dinner and lunch, if I want the best service and food. The level of services is unmatched. Every single waiter will make sure you are taken care of while you dine. They don’t rush you and will make sure the all you can eat experience is at the best level. 5 star rating is exactly what this restaurant deserves!

I took my wife there for our 20th wedding anniversary. It was a great experience with great options of meats. The salad bar had many options and was excellent as well. I recommend the red skin potato salad. They also served us a complimentary desert, we chose the chocolate lava cake with ice cream. It was very delicious.

My first trip to a Brazilian Steak House. Amazing! Server's circle you with slabs of meat as long as you leave your ticket up. I sampled the numerous offerings they supplied; all of which tasted amazing! All of the staff have an enormous smile and are happy to serve you. Great job team! Even got a free dessert after they asked if we were celebrating anything special. Very impressed.

This was our first visit here for a birthday celebration. We saw they had a boat load of great reviews so we went with very high expectations. Yes! They well exceeded everyone's idea of what we read from others. From the very first interaction with our waiter, all the way to desert and then exiting, it was one of the very best service experiences we have ever experienced. All the meats were top notch and cooked very well. Each option that came to the table was better than the last. The lamb was excellent and the filet at medium rare was as good as any high end steak house! Also make sure to ask for the shrimp as they were outstanding! A party of 7 (1 free for birthday) with several cocktails each was just over $500.00 with a good tip. For the great experience we had, this was well, well worth it!!

Came here last night for my mom birthday. Everything was amazing the food ,the service,the atmosphere etc. It was amazing.

We celebrated my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary here with 45 people and the food, customer service was Perfect and flawless..The room was decorated beautiful and the staff was so attentive. I am so grateful for this place they made my parents party such a wonderful success...We are so grateful for the staff and management!!!

This place is amazing. If you’ve been to Fogo, you’ll know that Terra Gaucha is ten steps ahead. The atmosphere is so friendly and laid back. It’s not uptight. Customer service is outstanding. Full drink bar and salad bar. Meats are supreme. Waiters actually acknowledge you, it’s crazy. Will absolutely return.

Wowww, what can I say! Place was absolutely phenomenal! I left out of there with the meat sweats, LOL! There was nothing either off of the buffet section or that was personally served by the waiters that wasn't excellent, and I highly recommend this place!

This place is wonderful. The service was excellent, and the food was amazing. Full of flavor, hot, every variety of nice variety of food on the salad bar. It's very different but a welcomed change from regular burgers and fries. Our server Sut was wonderful 😄

Wow, truly amazing experiences. I have been to many Brazilian placed all over the country, and this one was one of the best by far. First of all, when I walked in, our server and the receptionist was very warm and welcoming. We got right to eating and the salad bar had a great selection. What really went above and beyond in my experience here is that they brought my favorite cut, picanha so fast I didn’t even have time to touch my salad! Everything was cooked perfectly (bloody red) and salted just perfectly. I have been to Texas, Fogo and many others and I would say this is by far #1 in the Jacksonville area!

Think all Brazilian Steakhouses are the same? Terra Gaucha will prove that theory wrong. My son and I went for lunch and celebrated some hood news we received and the food, service and atmosphere were first rate. First off, hats off to the restaurant for surviving Covid and thriving in a very difficult cycle. Now on to the strategy, because Brazilian Steakhouses need strategy. 1) Decide which options you want - salad bar only, chicken and fish, full meat experience. 2) Get Lobster Bisque early, then mid meal get another cup. 3) Decide which protein sounds good, wait for those and pass on the others. (Suggestion for meats, Ribeye, Filet and Picahna) 4) Ask for Chimichuri and horseradish sauce. 5) Get the fried cheese with honey and the roasted pineapple (served from a skewer) 6) Get dessert, if you are too full, take it yo go, but don’t miss it. I think we should talk service here because this is a big part of the experience. Service here is on par with most fine dining, white glove service. Someone forgot to turn a special order in for me and 10 people apologized, I didn’t even know it was delayed because I had plenty of food to work on. But the food itself: Brazilian Ginger Ale - not a good, but really good. Cheesy muffins - my son loved them, I did not, go figure Caramelized Bananas - great side dish. Caesar Salad - delicious, really nice. Lobster Bisque - AMAZING, do not miss this. Pineapple slices - not my thing Cheese - some really good options but some flavors are overpowering. I ate mine with this delightful fig preserve that was out. Mashed Potatoes - great flavor but served cold, I just cannot do cold potatoes. Mushroom sauce - fantastic but again served cold, wanted it hot. Smoke Salmon - good but there are better choices Ribeye - fantastic Filet - Sublime Picahna - another fantastic choice Drumsticks - oh wow, I did not expect these to be so delicious. I mean stomp your feet, yodel and clap your hands five times because this just got real. It is marinated, it is moist, flavorful and roasted to perfection. Shrimp - cooked to perfection, with a nice glaze but next time I will pass on them. Salmon - special order, big portion, and perfectly season, perfectly cooked and fork tender. I need another stomach to eat more of these. Fried Cheese with Honey - wow, not expecting this awesome flavor bomb. Roasted Pineapple (on a skewer) - amazing, warm, moist and not too sweet. Crème Brûlée - this was FANTASTIC. Tres Leches Cake - just as good as the Crème Brûlée. Joao, the owner oversees operations and jumps on to fill any gaps and make sure the experience is authentic. My choice of the Chicken/Shrimp was wonderful for me, but most people come for the beef snd it is deliciously prepared. The salad bar is hit or miss, but it is huge so you will find things you like. I cannot wait to go back.

Incredible and delicious. I've been to a few Brazilian steakhouses. This one's gotta be my favorite so far. Our party went for the Saturday lunch which is a discounted version of the dinner. The salad bar was extensive, there were warm items (mashed potatoes, mushroom with jous, rice pilaf with beef chunks, lobster bisque soup and straight up bacon), aside the cold items. Their cheesy bread puffs were addicting. All the meats were done to perfection, from seasoning to doneness. The bottom sirloin was very good. The lamb steak and chops were something else, they differed in flavor. Lamb steak had amazing ends of fat that were rendered similar to bacon. Chops had more of the char flavor. The salmon was the best experience though. The tenderness and flavors were unreal, along with a sauce that gets topped on. The skewered shrimp had a very satisfying blend of sweet, savory and smokiness. There's sweeter sides along the dinner, such as the cinnamon crusted pineapple, fried bananas, and fresh kiwis with strawberries. The desserts were hard to choose from, but I highly recommend the Passion Fruit Mousse, it was extremely refreshing and scrumptious. Really wish I had a bigger stomach to keep going! Service was top notch, with friendly vibes.

Wonderful experience! Food, service and atmosphere were fantastic! Our server, Hannah, was delightful and so helpful! We were never rushed, nor did we ever feel neglected. We will definitely be going back.

Inside is nice. The dinner was $52 per person All you can eat meat and a descent buffet. The price is perfect if you go with those fat boys that meaning business when it comes to downing food and have the hanging stomachs that have room to carry all the food. If you're like my daughter and I that get stuffed and sleepy after 6 pieces of meat🍖 then don't go there. It's value for your money if you're Yoko Zuna. Drinks and sweets are not included in the menu nor did I see fish. Great place for hosting parties🥳

It was my first time, and what better time to try it then my birthday, the experience alone was just so awesome, but the food selection was out of this world. The meat selections were insane good, the cold/hot bar was stacked with some amazing meats and cheeses. The lobster bisque was awesome. It is a definitely must try if you haven't already.

One of the nicest restaurants I have ever gotten to go to, it was amazing. The service was out of this world, the salad bar was very extensive, and the filet literally melts in your mouth. Everything was beyond delicious!

Pulled up outside, nice decor and outside patio. Make sure you have a reservation. Front desk attendant and all waiters and meatmen had Exceptional customer service. Bar was nice and clean with great drinks ranging from 13 and up. Only thing I would suggest is a bigger bathroom and more room. Me and my husband receipt totaled $175. So remember everytime they cutting ya meat your paying for it so dont get carried away. Green card means the meatmen coming to your side so turn it on the red side when your done. I tried different foods so it was a really nice experience. I like the bread and fried cheese with honey. It was such a beautiful night a couple sitting next to us had a wedding proposal.

This has been one of the BEST restaurants my husband and I have been to. We went for our Anniversary and The food and the experience was absolutely delicious to say the least. We LOVE FLAVOR and that was all we got. Juicy and tender meats cooked to perfection in and and every way you like it. The mashed potatoes with the mushroom gravy was so soothing and amazing. Even the drinks and desserts were so good. We had a drink with red berries and we had the cheesecake and Creme brûlée. This restaurant is a go to. MUST!

Terra Gaucha is nirvana. The service is impeccable, the restaurant is spotless and classy, the food is perfect and well presented. The owner personally helps his employees and goes from table to table making sure everyone is having a great experience. Places of quality this high are incredibly rare. This is as close to Valhalla as mankind can get. It is a palace of excellence and perfection. Our revered ancestors look down from the afterlife and smile, knowing that such glorious cuisine exists and is available to us in this life. I am going to frame their menu and put in on the wall over my desk at home. Not a meme. I love this place.

Our group went on a Friday in mid-December, so it might have been an off night during the holiday rush. Management and the servers were super attentive and checked in with each table periodically. However, some of the meats on the menu that we requested did not make it around. When we got our food it was not as flavorful as anticipated and some of the sides tasted cold or left out too long. The decorations were really beautiful throughout the restaurant. If you are looking for a vibe that is lively and bustling, the atmosphere suits that well. We were looking for a more intimate setting, so that is on us for not doing our research. Overall, among our group that has a diverse taste for food, we were surprised that each of us left unsatisfied with our meals. But previous reviews suggest it might have just been an off night. The prices warrant consistency in quality, so as the restaurant continues to grow we hope it can deliver high quality meals every time.

I came for Christmas lunch with 6 other guests. There was the hot/cold buffet or the option with meat. When I saw the buffet, I had no hesitation in settling for that. The food was good, well presented and in excellent quantity. The waiters were very friendly, efficient and so kind. The people who had meat at my table enjoyed themselves, and their system of only serving on demand is clever. As a result, the plates don't go back to the kitchen half-full. Congrats for that! Next time, I would like to try the meat. It looks very good and perfectly cooked. The only downside of the day was the noise. It's hard to talk to each other because the place was very noisy.

OMG, this place is great! My brother took me there for my birthday. It was a wonderful experience. The servers were very nice and kind. I will go back when I visit Jacksonville again.

The absolute best meats I have ever enjoyed in my life. The lamb was tender and savory, the sirloin was perfect and had just the right chew to it. House sauces were delicious and the flavor profiles of each sauce just added to the experience in their own unique way. I tried the Old Fashioned and was not disappointed. Smoky and sweet, made with a bourbon of my choice and presented well. Our server was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Dessert was amazing. If you want a dinner experience that will impress your whole family, work group, friends, first date....etc. This is the place for you. Dinner for 4, with a drink, and 3 desserts ran us close to $300 but was worth every penny. DO IT.

This was our first time at this restaurant. My husband and I wanted to go for the experience. When we sat down the waitress explained how everything worked. We went to the hot/salad bar (everything was good and fresh) sat down, flipped our circle to green for meat service and nothing for a few minutes. We asked again how things worked because we felt ignored for some reason. The manager walked over and apologized and made our experience great. We will definitely go back!

Even we had made a reservation and was on time, we should have to wait. Atmosphere was exciting and saladbar was great. You may have to wait for some kinds of meat because the rotation were not even.

Amazing! The food was great. I tried a little of everything. The all-you-can-eat became a personal challenge, to say the least. Everything was so good that my husband and I ate way more than we normally would. You kinda play red light green light. They give you a little red/green coaster, as soon as it's green. OMG the meats start appearing at your table. Some things you have to request, like the salmon and shrimp. So don't be afraid to ask if you don't see something you want. Soda is in a can, they bring you a glass of ice. You do pay per soda, so keep that in mind. They do serve the meats they way you want. Rare, medium, well done etc. My husband and I sat there for 2 ½ hours! We're definitely going to eat here more often. The staff that surrounds you are always polite and helpful. Which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place! Definitely give it a try. You don't have to dress fancy. Be comfortable and enjoy the high-class service and food.

Oh my goodness! This place is outstanding! My daughter and I decided to go last minute on a Saturday night. With no reservations, it was not a long wait. Servers were always checking on us. Even the owner stopped by. I thought he was a manager because he cared and was helping the staff and customers. That made me love this place!

We have been here numerous times with family and friends. Went for my birthday. Was absolutely delicious. The lamb chops were sooo good. The wait staff was very tentative always making sure you had a drink and a clean plate. The only down side is when you join their mailing list for free dinner for your birthday you must have 4 people in your party. But I will definitely be back again.

My husband surprised me with this amazing dinner for our 21 year wedding anniversary & let me tell ya…. I can’t complain about anything, everything we had was delicious, the only thing we didn’t try was the salmon, I don’t remember seeing it though. The cinnamon pineapple…. I know, warm pineapple?! Try it, it was great!

Great attention from the beginning. The rice with beef was delicious and the variety of salad. The meat was yummy, you have option of how cook you like the meat.
