Hidden additional charges everywhere that you are assured you won't be charged for when you rent the car. Ended up charging us over €700 for a 3 day rental of their cheapest class of car- absolute disgrace. Avoid at all costs

Terrible customer service and incompetent staff. I rented an electric vehicle and there is one agent, Rosita, that kept saying things and changing it few minutes later. They are not clear on their rental policy and they looked concerned about whether I would be able to return the car charged!! The worst rental experience I have ever had. A terrible company and horrible staff that need to be trained!

Surprisingly easy. Really kind and efficient team. They had had a busy morning but were still fast and friendly and spoke brilliant English. We were delighted with the car we received (Hyundai Tuscon) which was a great size for our family of 5. Only downside was the cost of the car hire was extremely high

We rented from the location at the Montpellier Airport. All the other big name car rental companies seemed to be having problems with long lines. Sixt was efficiently handling their customers and we were in and out quickly. The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly. The car was clean and in good working order. Thank you to the staff at the rental counter!

Although we picked up from the Montpellier Airport, we returned the vehicle to the Montpellier Saint Roch train station and the service at that location was exemplary. The counter staff went above and beyond in terms of helping us move our many bags of luggage from the parking lot to the train station as well as giving us a place to store our luggage while we waited for our train. The main person who helped us (I forgot to get his name) was black and about 5'9". If you could replicate his DNA across the company, Sixt would be head and shoulders above all the competition.

I was charged twice at the counter after I was told my payment failed the first time (which actually did not). Impossible to find a phone number or an email… can you please give me an email or phone number so I can reach out to someone please????

Having recently returned from a trip to Montpellier where I hired a car from Sixt, I just received an invoice for ¢31.58 to cover additional refuelling charges. However, not only did I provide the fuel receipt to the team, but I also took photographic evidence to prove the vehicle was fully refuelled at time of return - basically because Sixt has done this before! This practice is effectively fraud and is illegal - so is now being escalated. NB - I see from your response that you have not accepted that what I say is correct, so I am attaching photographic proof so others can see and make their own mind up.

Easy access to Sixt carpark. Petrol on airport. Easy to collect and drop off car. Staff very friendly and helpful. Prices very competitive especially for an automatic car. Well done Sixt; you are well above the rest when it comes to sensible, post covid prices. Will use again.

We highly recommend SIXT Car Rental at Montpellier Airport. The staff was very very friendly and switched to speaking English as soon as they realised we were not French. We had some difficulty locating the SIXT parking lot upon return, but eventually made it there.

Location is super convenient, staff was superb (thanks Treacy), car was perfect.
