Very good place for buy bake items in jaffna. Very good customer service and care.

Good bake house with hygienic interiors and vintage style atmosphere. Tasty bread, birthday cakes, shorteats. I ordered chocolate mousse, orange juice and a peice of cake but the taste of the chocolate mousse is average. Free parking lot available here.

This bakery is located in A9, they have a variety of cake designs and some short eats. I used to love their devilled sausage bun but they dont make it any more. Now we can get some bread. Chicken bun. Fish and some veg short eats. There is also a small space to sit and eat.

Very tasty cakes available for all occasions. They have a café with short eats for eating in place and take-out. Prices aren't bad neither for the location and service. The donuts I took here were old and not fresh. Everything else was good. Beware that food isn't served here for quite some time now so I can't comment on that.

The meal section is closed due to the current shortage of provisions. Pastry section is excellent as usual. Cost is higher than other places. But the quality of food is much better than other shops in that area.

I recently visited Thinesh Bake House and was blown away by their delicious cakes! They offer a wide variety of options for all occasions, and the quality of their baked goods is top-notch. Ample parking 🅿️ Need to improve customer friendly

I ordered an anniversary cake on the previous day and paid advance money also. Told them that I'll collect at 5 pm. When I went there around 7.30 pm I found that there was damage on the cake. Cake decoration were probably fallen, and they managed to restore it by hands and kept it for my delivery. Awful. It was disfigured significantly, and they didn't even care to do any alternatives. They didn't even mind about the disfigurement and asked me to take the cake. I was disappointed and disagreed with taking it. Requested discount or alternative cake. No alternative cakes were available in the same price range and design at the time. No senior or responsible person came for discussion. At last, they offered 300rs discount and minor alterations. I was severely disappointed with their service, and their act totally ruined our function. Waste of 4000rs with 300rs discount. Accidents happen. It can be accepted if they provide a good explanation and mind about the outcome. They were in the mood of "Take it if u want, or take another cake." They didn't mind the importance of the function that we had. This incident brought severe disappointment, and I will never ever be a customer of this shop.

One of the oldest bake house, which started at Maanippay in Jaffna and now they opened more than 5 branches. Clean area, staff are good and cooperative. Reasonable price, varieties of cake, timely delivery. Taste of the cake should be improved.

Better place to get birthday cakes, Can get customised cakes by ordering earlier and you can get name written on the spot for already made cakes at the counter . Other bakery products are also available. They are good as well. Have good parking area and have a large dine in area which is very rarely used by public.

Good food mixed with some expired things poor customer service since they have a long history run on top of that name don't care about the customer need they try to sell what they want.
