Be careful...! There are so many thieves. Lost about Rs.280,000/= our money and valuable things. After things happened, they don't care any of us. i think, this happens under their commands. worst place i ever visited. don't go...!!!

We booked upstairs fully and yeah it has A/C and other rooms has fans and it is well maintained and clean. Suitable for big families and family trips. Located right in the city so all places are nearby. Washrooms are not that great I mean it has Hot water but still can be maintained better. Anyway Green star inn totally worth your money. 👍🏻👌🏻

This is a budget hotel and it is worth to the amount we payed. Staff is freindly. Overall expereince was satisfactory for me But recpetion was poor and didn’t organized well.My bed has lesser planks. (Makes a big hole in middle). Room was very small. Barely servived 3 people in here with 3 beds. No towel racks, No table. But again if you are looking for low comforts and low budget this is a good place to stay.

Had the worst experience ever. The guest house was so dusty and dirty. The washrooms weren't washed for ages and there wasn't water supply. We booked the whole guest house and it was smelling so bad. When we asked James to clean it he was soo rude and wanted us to leave the house at late mid night. Such a rude and a hard hearted guy

The location is great. Basic rooms at a good price. We stayed in a A/c in May 16-18 and were totally comfortable. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Very clean rooms & safe is good. Thank you very much.

Reasonably good budget guesthouse located in east kachchery lane, Jaffna. This is a family business performing by James and His wife. Very tasty food with Good and cordial service!

Clean place , reasonable price If you need foods, laundry, transport they will provide with additional price.

AC rooms are ok. But very small. Bathrooms are also small and not so clean. There were bugs all over sinks and on the floor. Foods are OK. But not served properly. Not very pleasant environment. Just the neighborhood. But very close to main town Jaffna.

Not a satisfactory place for those who accompany with kids and family members. Services are not satisfactory.

Lovely rooms and good service

This is an economical guest house, and it offers good value for the price we paid. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Our overall experience was satisfactory. We booked the entire guest house, with six rooms - four with air conditioning and two without (equipped with fans) - and found them to be well maintained and clean. The food was acceptable. It's suitable for large families and family trips. Situated right in the city, all attractions are conveniently nearby. The bathrooms are well-maintained. In summary, Green Star Inn is definitely worth your money.
