we booked 6 room in this place. from the beginning we have problems. they said that we need to remove our shoes; because they need more hygiene. we agreed it and we seriously thought they have best hygiene. but it was wrong. This is the most terrible place I've ever visited in my life. they have torn bed sheets and we got used one with bad smell. dirty bed sheets. some rooms air conditioner was not working properly and they don't have proper solution for that. bathroom was damp, smelly and dirty. when we were entered we saw lots of rubbish in the bathroom. the maintenance of the rooms were so poor. when we went to talk with the owner about the problems that we have he shouted on us. he didn't want to listen to us. he was always try to make him correct and said "this is not a five star hotel". Yes we know this is not a five star and but at least they need to have basic hygiene what the guest need. the staff was very unpleasant and they seemed that they are always in angry. because they didn't even smile with the guests. if you want to have a better holiday in jaffna; please don't stay here. they will spoil your time, money and the happiness. it is better to sleep in the road rather than going this place. don't waste your time and money here. really bad experience.
