Excellent stay at the hotel.. the rooms were spacious, food was too good at both breakfast as well as in room dining. Housekeeping staff was really nice & honest as i forgot some stuff post check out and they reached out to me to inform. The pool was neat & tidy. My family enjoyed pool side. The team also provided a cake as a surprise for my spouse's birthday... All these made the stay really special.

The location of the hotel is good, almost in the city centre. The rooms are big and I'm very happy that the hotel uses sustainable lotions, shampoos, shower gels. The only drawback was the food. While the variety was huge at breakfast, the food was below average. The taste wasn't good at all, the hot food was cold, including the coffee and tea. The a la carte at lunch however was good.

Rooms ok, food in the main restaurant very veggie based with only a few non vegetarian options, the roof top bar has a dress code, no shorts chaps. Room service a bit iffy. All in all could do better.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever visited. Courteous and very helpful staff. Excellent cuisine. I attended an official meet here and the conference arrangements left little to ask for. All in all, highly recommend both for family stay and organization meets. Kudos Hilton. Double thumbs up.

Wrt to 5 star Honestly you can opt for other hotel with lower rating. 1. Hospitality was good, with bit of delay that could be due to huge visitors. 2. Food could have been more better in terms of variety and taste. Note: if you are looking for authentic food in menu, do not opt for meal include. Explore the options nearby locally. 3. They have small space to cater the food service, you might need to rush early as the ground floor sitting space occupies early then they will ask you to go upstairs. Which I didn't like personally.

Centrally located in Jaipur with premium amenities in great ambiance. We took the package with dinner and the food was awesome with great variety and flavour. Many options for that stomach crunching experience in local, Indian and international manu. Large spread of sweets as well. Breakfast spread was again a great combo of Indian as well as international menu with some local dishes and live kitchen stuff thrown in. 5 Stars for that 5 Star experience

This Hilton is a nice hotel, a good escape from the insanity of the city. The inside is gorgeous. But maybe not quite worth the price. Also I left my jacket in the executive lounge the night before and asked the staff in the morning if they had it, and they claim it was never there. They didn't make an effort to check cameras or anything. Also, unfortunately, the rooms aren't sound proof enough, so you can heard neighbors and people in the hallway. Our first room was very noisy from the street, which was a shock. We had the staff move us to another floor, which had more people nearby that were loud, but at least there was minimal street noise. Breakfast is very good. Make sure you shop around for a deal if you're staying here. If you have to pay full price, just stay somewhere else.

The service here was just fantastic. I am a nascent silver member and the treatment was fantastic. The hotel is slightly claustrophobic due to its size and dark tone but the people make up for it. Breakfast can be a lot better. I would not eat here again if not for the convenience. Again, the people and rooms were great

Very nice hotel. Lobby, corridor, restaurant, bar are very very nive. Room was nice. Just some nice fragrance could make it nice. In the room I did nit have hot hot shower but I had it in the bath tube. I therefore enjoyed my stay and recommend it.

Went on a family vacation and stayed at Hilton Jaipur for 2-nights 8-10 Dec. It's an excellent property with great amenities. My 5 year old kid loved the room, specially it's bathtub and shower room. Staffs at this hotel were very welcoming. Executive lounge had a good range of eatables and drinks. Breakfast was good but not enough options for kids, feedback was provided to manager. The lobby of this hotel is very welcoming with friendly warm staff. Once you enter your rooms however it is a different story. The room we were in seemed very old and dated, and dusty, which tells us that cleaning hasn’t really been done, nor has there been guests here for a while. The room is spacious, and the facilities worked, just that the cleaning is lacklustre, with toilet papers not being replaced everyday.

Great roof top bar, breakfast buffet is good but these days the executive lounge is only open for a few hours of an evening. Service is good and staff are polite but everything seems a bit dated and in need of refurbishment. Still a good option for Jaipur.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel in Jaipur and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed and at home. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture and well-maintained grounds. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep every night. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel has a variety of dining options and each one served delicious, authentic Rajasthani cuisine. I highly recommend trying the local dishes at Chokhi Dhani restaurant, it was a culinary delight. The hotel also has a pool and a spa, which I took full advantage of. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the spa services were top-notch. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The location of the hotel is also ideal, as it is close to many popular tourist attractions such as the Amer Fort and City Palace. The hotel also offers tours and activities, which I found to be very convenient. Overall, my experience at the Hilton Hotel in Jaipur was fantastic. The staff, facilities, and location were all excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

I stayed in their twin bedroom suite with my buddy for two days and had the most wonderful experience. Their rooms were immaculate and their room service were one of the fastest ones that exists. Every query was resolved at once and every request was fulfilled and the food was absolutely amazing. If you decide to stay here please make sure to check out there pool and spa (where I probably spent like 12 hours) and also take the breakfast buffet, its worth it.

This is a good hotel! Really liked the room, the room service was prompt and the food was nice. The location of the hotel made it easy for us to get around some of the central Jaipur tourist locations. The breakfast was included with the room rate and it was very good! The lounge happy hour was included in our room rate as well and the drinks selection was decent. Although, if you're willing to pay at the bar then the selection is better. Liked the stay here and will keep it in mind if we return to Jaipur in the future. Edit: I do want to add that the happy hour included with our room was ok at best. The service specifically for the happy hour was slow and they did get the orders wrong a couple of times.

Awesome food, cleanliness at its best. The room size, comfort and overall helpful nature of the staff really steals the show. Would definitely recommend the hotel for a lovely stay in Jaipur. it is also very near to ram nagar metro station and getting cabs is also very convenient.

We went to the Aurum restaurant for the lunch buffet. The visit was totally worth it. The spread was awesome and hospitality top notch. We could sit there for almost two hours enjoying our meals and did not realize that we had spent so much of time there! It was a great experience!

Lovely getaway for a short trip. Located close to the railway station and to some of the best restaurants around. The inhouse food is also excellent. Rooms and service were top notch. Had a nice peaceful experience there

Good rooms..though room with terrace not as per photos on MMT Buffet had variety but almost everything lagged taste ..whether breakfast or dinner. Services good but lack of personal touch. Delay in basic services like concierge,bfast order etc. Won't stay again.

Pros- 1) Well maintained clean hotel with mostly courteous staff 2) Good food; enjoyed breakfast and dinner buffets 3) Perfect location 4) Amazingly fast service 5) Special shout to Ankit at reception and the staff at bar for awesome conversation. Cons- 1) Some lack of service on the breakfast table; they might forget to serve your omelette or pancake very frequently. Bad for a five star hotel. 2) Customer satisfaction is not primary while they might be mostly good at what they do. Was charged for water on dinner table though I was an in house guest who gets free water in room. And the charge was 195++ for a 25 rs printed mrp bottle, which was not even a mineral water bottle. Quite cheap it was and upon asking the manager he rudely responded that it’s policy. I am sorry to say we don’t pay you five star charges for such attitude or response in return. Also they don’t return change saying they dont have change; another cheap stunt 😊 Summary- 1) Enjoyed my stay 2) Might not visit again for the last incident 3) And would also not recommend anybody. I do not mind those 200 bucks in a 33000 rs bill; I strongly mind the unfair way it was charged and the rude manager’s explanation. 4) Two stars should be ripped off this hotel.They don’t deserve 5 stars, they can be a good 3 star hotel.

The location is spoiled by the metro line construction going on right in front of it. The rooms have a very irritating problem of floor creaking sound. The floor is wooden so the whole floor would create sounds while walking. Kept waking up in the night due to my fellow room mate walking towards the toilet. They should get it repaired or changed. The breakfast and dinner spread was fantastic and best I have experienced. A lot of variety and everything is delicious. Please get the room floors fixed for a better experience.

We had nice stay at The Hilton, Jaipur. On our arrival staff welcomed us by folded hands 🙏 and bid good bye with the same gesture. All the staff members were well behaved and ready to help all the guests. They have never say no attitude. If you ask for anything they answer by saying Sure Sir / Ma'am. It was really a great experience here.

Great hotel. Staff super friendly. We arrived early (10.00 am )and were given a temp. Room to refresh ourselves. After we came back from sightseeing our luggage was transferred to executive suite. Lounge and breakfast are great.

Nice hotel. Centrally located. Room decor was a bit dated. Washroom was lovely with a rain shower, bathtub and lots of space. Took a double room. Shared with two others. Was quite spacious, even with all our luggage. Would definitely stay here again while in Jaipur!

Hilton Jaipur is a nice facility and I would recommend it for all travelers looking for a good place to stay with family at Jaipur at a reasonable cost without compromising on the location and living experience. We were left little distraught with our first choice of hotel at Jaipur when we recently undertook a family vacation to Jaipur. As I looked through all options for a 5-star facility in and around Jaipur, we quickly realized that Hilton is unique in terms of both a great location (close to Old City, Downtown and yet, not too far from Air Port) and great service feedback. We were still skeptical and took the plunge, checked-out of our first hotel and moved-in to Hilton. All our doubts and skepticism were removed. We were welcome by a nice facility, professional crews and backed by great service, dining and as I said, location. You could step out of the hotel and have Dominos' Pizza at a walking distance, if you wanted to. In room dining were good, not too pricey, breakfast was awesome. Pool was nice but a tad smaller in size but were not looking to use the pool anyway. Overall, we were happy to make the choice. Last but not least, the cost was reasonable.

Small rooms but what one would expect. The rooms are very clean and the bed is great.. And most importantly, the pillows are fantastic! The buffet is large with a great selection and the food is quite good for a hotel. Staff are welcoming and courteous.

Staff: Great staff - couldn’t really fault anyone, from reception to the restaurant to housekeeping. Everyone was very polite and attentive! Restaurant: Food options were good, whether you chose buffet or menu! (It was on the expensive side though and there were plenty of nearby options for less). Service: Unfortunately I had a slight issue with my room door but the staff were extremely fast to act on the issue and resolved this quick. It was reassuring that not just one person but three different members of staff looked into this and confirmed with myself what the issue was. Overall, any issues or queries we had the staff were very helpful. Thanks to everyone for making our stay a good one!
