I enjoyed my stay. I stayed in a suite which was very luxurious but at a price. Massage and steam was amazing. They tried to charge me for hot milk because I don’t like powdered milk oh and also for some bread slices but generally the staff were friendly and breakfast was tasty. I would stay here again

This is the first time i am staying in this property and i must say it's remarkable! Perfect location perfect aesthetics perfect hospitality! People on the reception were helpful, the representative guiding us to our room Mr. Pushpendra was even more helpful and sweet natured. Clean hygienic and sanitized room with comfortable beds! The property has beautiful decor and the entire composition is full of royalty beauty! Must visit this heritage hotel!

The property could have been nice if looked after properly. Can not even guess when it was cleaned properly last. Stayed there for two nights and no one bothered to wipe off the dust , never mind filthy bathroom, I could not even have shower barefoot. This is a good example what happens to nice hotels when the staff or/and the managers are ignorant or/and lazy Change all of them and you will get a little gem in a nice city. And , also, a message to our tour operator- the Newmarket in India: please find another hotel to stay in Jaipur, India, this one is really disappointing

Pros: the interior (walls, decor, window, curtains, rooms, ceilings, light fixtures) the exterior (landscaping, the building, rooftop accessibility) rooftop restaurant (it's a separate establishment from the hotel, but nice that the hotel gives a discount for dinners) People (the people working are usually fast and efficient in their work. The only extra embellishments we saw were the musicians and the doormen -> who was very nice and sweet and sharply dressed) Cons: the location (the main entrance is in an alleyway. Like a small gully road. Also when going on the rooftop, although it is a nice view; it's just a rooftop view. Nothing particularly picturistic or scenic.) If you twisted my arm, I'd comment that the inside of the Deluxe rooms (lowest tier) weren't as nice as the pictures say. There were marks on the walls where you can tell they moved the furniture. OVERALL: I'd 100% recommend it. The bathrooms are clean, the sheets are clean, the towels were clean. The decor is very lovely. The walls and ceilings in certain places were hand-painted and you could tell. There were also sections where the walls or ceilings have mirrors in the designs

Exceptional Dining Experience at Shahpura House Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My recent dining experience at Shahpura House Hotel and Restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. Despite not staying overnight, the restaurant's charm and hospitality left a lasting impression. Nestled in the heart of Shahpura, the restaurant offers a delightful blend of cultural richness and modern amenities. The outdoor seating, overlooking a serene swimming pool, set the stage for a tranquil and enjoyable meal. What truly stood out were the additional offerings that made the evening special. The local puppet show added a unique and entertaining cultural touch, while the display of local handicrafts and dresses provided a fascinating glimpse into the region's heritage. For those seeking a bit of recreation, the well-maintained pool game area added a playful element to the overall ambiance. It was a great way to unwind and enjoy some friendly competition. The presence of a bar complemented the diverse menu, offering a range of beverages to suit various preferences. The attentive staff contributed to the positive atmosphere, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Even more noteworthy was the owner's personal touch. Despite not staying overnight, the owner took the time to meet and engage with guests, making the visit feel exceptionally special. Their genuine interest in ensuring a memorable experience added an extra layer of warmth to the evening. In conclusion, Shahpura House Hotel and Restaurant isn't just a place to dine; it's a destination for a complete and delightful experience. Whether you're a local resident or a visitor, this establishment offers a unique and memorable dining experience that goes beyond expectations. I highly recommend Shahpura House for anyone seeking a perfect blend of culinary excellence and exceptional hospitality.

This is a beautiful hotel. They messed up our booking for the first night. We had booked a King size bed but they put us in a 2 single beds. My partner was livid. The front desk personnel didn't apologize but said he would move us to the King room next morning. Breakfast buffet was so so. Love the spa there though. Will I go back to this hotel? Yes I would because it is beautiful.

Shahpura House is a property with heritage style with a nice ambience. But they had to improve their room service. We were very much disappointed with the room service. We had to call multiple times to front desk to get water delivered to the room, but they didn't deliver it to the room and when we reached the front desk to enquire about the same they insisted to pay the amount, before delivering the water. And they were not ready to add water bill to the final amount , they refused to deliver water unless the bill is paid . All these happened in the late night & it was so disappointing that happened from a place like Shahpura, where they boast about their service.

Staying at Shahpura House was an absolute delight! This heritage hotel in Jaipur truly embodies the essence of royalty. The ambiance is regal, making you feel like a king in your own palace. The rooms are exquisitely designed, evoking a sense of grandeur and comfort. A must-stay place if you want to experience the opulence of Jaipur's heritage. Highly recommended for an unforgettable royal experience!"

I felt it important to review this properly as I saw so many bad reviews and we were nervous to stay here. However, we had an overall great stay. I stayed with 2 kids in the Royal suite. The room was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice (though a bit cold), the spa service was amazing and in room service food was decent (not amazing but we were grateful to have the option). Breakfast spread had many cold and hot options. The food again was decent (not amazing) but average for a breakfast buffet. Like about of hotels in India, there were sometimes misunderstandings over English and communication but I see this as normal. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and breathtakingly beautiful and we loved the old world charm. My kids also loved having access to a pool table. Check out was a bit clunky and slow but we did it the night before so had time. The suite rooms overlook some outdoor space and the windows are not sound proofed and Jaipur is very loud at night so I would recommend ear plugs for sure. The beds were comfortable for us (they were thin hard mattresses on a wood platform) and we slept well. Overall a great stay at this price point and I would recommend it for sure.

Great hotel, you get a feeling that you are staying in a palace. The rooms are small but very well maintained. The music and puppet show in the evening was a hit. Complimentary breakfast had decent spread and the taste was also good. Service was great. overall enjoyed the stay.

I stayed in Shahpura House with my family for 4 days. It is a 4 star heritage hotel. The hospitality of the staff was very good. Staff was very polite. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Buffet breakfast was having good amount of spread and everyday they provided the variety. The hotel has 2 buildings , the old one is totally based on traditional heritage theme whereas the new building has little touch of contemporary architecture. We preferred to stay in the old one because we wanted to experience true heritage living. The location is of this hotel is also good, all sightseeing places in Jaipur are near by and you can manage to visit all of them via Ola or Uber. It also has swimming pool which is well maintained . Overall it is a value for money hotel.

Went with friend. Night manager is unsafe and leches. Dirty smelly room on ground floor was given - refused to give a room upstairs. At checking in manager asked for Rs. 8,000 for a room that costs Rs. 3,000. I had to ask a friend to book for me online and then manager had no face. Night housekeeping also in partnership with night manager. Do not stay here. Many more beautiful hotels at 10 meters to 50 meters distance.

If you have stayed in a heritage hotel before, you'd definitely feel let down. Overpriced rooms. Food is tasteless and expensive for no reason, breakfast spread is a joke. We ate (lunch) in their restuarant once, that's it. Since breakfast was complimentary, we ate fruits because that was the only good thing. Hospitality doesn't exist at all, it's like they don't care at all. The room we booked and the one we got were different. I booked a room which cost me 15k per night, but i was downgraded and they tried to convince that it was the right room. After a long discussion, we were shifted to another room (waited 1hr or so to just get the room we booked). Used toiletries were in the room, legit half used shower gel, shampoo without lid. This entire stay was disappointing.

The hotel itself is beautiful inside!! The marble and details are really something to see! The spa and garden looked lovely and I wish we had more time to enjoy them. The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast was small and the omelet station didn't quite seem to understand, so we never got our omelets that day... My main complaint is the sheer NOISE!! If you expect to get a good night rest, do bring earplugs! The entire place is beautiful marble, but there are no tapestries or rugs to absorb the sound and it's very echoey. Our room (112) was directly at the top of the stairs and we heard everything. Eventually, the second night, I had to yell from my bed "why are you yelling" to whomever was yelling in the hallway, to get the point across that it's loud AF in there! Overall, I think a 4-star is accurate for this place (for India Standards)... Our room was pretty basic, but it was clean!

Extraordinary property to stay in with all its historic architecture, antiquities and memorabilia. I wish service and staff were good. We literally had to call 4 times to request some trivial things like a dental kit and an extra quilt, which never arrived. It could be a one off, but it ruined for us what would have been an excellent experience and stay.

Nice place for stay in Jaipur. It was my first visit to this place and had a wonderful time. Clean rooms and toilets. Staffs are friendly. Located at the best place, we can easily book cabs and rickshaws for many tourist attractions easily. Pool is also well maintained. Great hospitality by every staff starting from the main gate.

I would like to take a moment to share my experience at Shahpura House, Jaipur. I have spent almost 2 days in the hotel along with my family and it was an excellent stay experience and superb hospitality offered by complete Hotel Staff. All the staff are polite and humble while carrying positive attitude all the time. They were always ready to help and just a call away. I would like to give special thanks and appreciate the efforts given by team who have given their best to ensure customer comfort and quality services to be given. Hotel is equipped with all necessary services and amenities which make your stay even more valuable. Cheers...!!!

It is situated in Bani park which is a good location. This hotel does not have parking inside. You need to park your car outside beside road on your own risk. Rooms are good but some how felt overpriced. This property is highlighted as 4 star but I believe it can not be more than 3 star. In dining services are pathetic. Front staff is good. Overall Not recommended.

Good hotel but missing that 4-star hotel experience by a bit. We booked a Deluxe room with 1 king size bed but we're initially shown a standard twin beds room. When we informed the front desk they moved us to the originally requested one in an hour. We had to repeatedly call the reception or house keeping for face towels finally to be told they have none. Breakfast spread is very good. Front desk made a mistake in our final billing but when we pointed out they were quick to fix it. Overall a good experience but this place has scope to improve if the improve aminities and change the old furniture a little as the sofa in our room was smelling odd.

It’s a big big hype in the name of heritage properties. I stayed for 2 nights in Royal suite which was not at all Royal but a shabby room where the flush of toilet was not working, hand shower was in terrible condition, bathroom towels were used towels and so on…. I was told that my room would have a pool view but it was all lies. They promised to change my room but again a lie!! It’s only to loot foreigners in the name of boutique n heritage properties. Its price per night is way above 5 star rates but absolutely a scam!! I will never recommend anyone.

SHAHPURA House is as described by the hotel, and the Website looks magnificent, marketing is first rate. Rooms were spacious and clean although ours wasn’t ready when we checked in at 4.00pm. Unfortunately, service at this hotel is abysmal in both restaurants. At dinner we literally had to chase the waiters around trying to place an order. At breakfast the coffee machine was out of order and they kept on running out of boiled water so you couldn’t even make an instant coffee. Buffet space is insufficient for the number of guests and the food on offer is average, at best. So don’t expect a relaxing start or end to the day at this hotel.

Rooms are large, Reception is fantastic, and breakfast is decent. Staff are patient and fantastic. Overall, cleanliness is an issue across rajasthan . The door locks were not properly working, and this was challenging with constantly guest shouting at reception staff. Most of the sockets in our room are broken . Internet nin existent. Decor is tired. Owners need to spend some money on basic maintenance . The only thing going for this place is the Staff.

The heritage hotel has been exquisitely maintained. The room/suite we had was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were helpful. Location is what it is. It is relatively quiet, but that's because it's not anywhere in relation to places to go or things to do. But it is in the main city.

My husband and i came to stay at this property along with our 9 month old daughter. We not only found this hotel cozy and comfortable but even the housekeeping was spic and span just the perfect place to relax mentally and emotionally. Special mention: a member of their restaurant staff Lokendra was really sweet and helpful when i asked him if we could take some items from the buffet for our daughter as she had just started solids and he packed her food himself. These gestures matter as we have not found this hospitality even at some Taj hotels where they even charge for baby milk. Thank you to the Shahpura house team 🙏 You guys are a gem

Very well maintained heritage hotel. If you want to frequently visit the old Jaipur city then you have to spend almost 30 minutes to reach there. Breakfast is good but options seems to be limited that I have observed in my 2 day stay. Complimentary fold dance is a surprise and worth watching.

This property is very very good and nice. They maintained the heritage of the property very well. I was totally impressed with each and every articraft of the hotel. They had lot of antique sofa sets, chairs, flower vases, tables and much more. I am really mpressed with the welcome by the staff, they are nice, friendly and very gentle , showed me the property. Even though I booked deluxe room, my room was upgraded to suite room. The marble work in eachband every place of the property is very nice. Glass work on the roof and walls in some places is really awesome. Property is in very nice location. North Indian food is very tasty here.

We had a Royal experience in the 100+ years old beautiful palace. Every nook and corner of the palace is rich in culture and tradition. It was a visual treat for our family.

This place has got complete palace vibe and best heritage property to stay - only pro Cons- Worst Room Service you will find here. Seems like no training provided to staff and no basic amenity you will find in this luxury property. You have to wait for 2-3 hours to get even water. And rest anything you want just forget and get from outside.

This hotel is like a museum in its own right. Absolutely beautiful, clean, courteous staff the decor is out of this world! The swimming pool offered a cool down in the afternoon from a hot day sighting. The evening entertainment including Rajasthani dancers who had me joining in (I'm not sure I did the dance justice but the teacher was amazing). The dinner was fabulous in the roof top restaurant and the musicians were excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Picked to stay at Shahpura house after checking multiple places online .. this was our first time in Jaipur .. property is located in a calm place in a street away from all the hustle and traffic get close to most tourist spots in Jaipur .. I was pretty awestruck seeing the property from outside itself .. magnificent .. well maintained and very pleasant to look at .. the check in was very smooth .. had booked through Agoda and got a good price on it.. the room we were allotted was very good but it had a dingy smell and the ac was making too much noise .. informed the front office and they immediately came to help tried to fix it too.. but it didn’t help much .. so asked them for a room change and an upgrade at extra cost if needed .. but they were kind enough to upgrade our room for the same cost and the next one was even amazing . So pleasant matching with the vibe of Jaipur .. food at sapphire was very tasty and fresh .. buffet breakfast had a lot of options which is pretty basic to all hotels Overall if I ever visit Jaipur would love to stay here again! I was lost for words when I stepped in this hotel and my room, what a luxury and beauty! Amazing to stay in a place. That was once a palace, also the people here are really kind and the food is super super good! Big buffet breakfast, there is a pool, entertainment in the night such as a puppet show and lots of facilities. Don't have anything negative to say, thank you for everything!

"Shahpura house" must say property is quite good full heritage style with an amazing ambience only the draw back I found that property is located in residential area with now view around. And food requires improvement, lot of scope at food. All over property is quite good must stay if they can improve some more in-house activities.

A truly wonderful place to stay in. A must if you're visiting jaipur. Its conveniently located close to the railway station. The place is filled with an authentic heritage vibe. The alleys, galleries, waiting halls and rooms are decorated in vintage art and decor items. The service and staff is exceptional too. The property has a good restaurant as well on the top floor with good views. You will definitely want to come back to this property again.

One of the best Heritage palaces I Ever saw. Shahpura House is always is my list to stay. Recently I stayed here for 2 nights. And It's none other than the best stay experience of my life. From a Luxury heritage room to mouthwatering food is all I experienced here. Whoever is fond of luxury heritage architecture or wants to experience a real King Palace can stay here to experience all of these things. Thank You Shahpura Hotels for a lifetime experience

Nice boutique hotel. Suites are spacious and comfy. Suggestion: book only suites. The location is right in the centre of the city. In order to reach there you would have to cross the mad local traffic. It has an advantage of being near to MI road.

We were looking to spend a weekend at a some good place nearby that was also well connected to the city and Shahpura House ticked all the boxes. The resort has a great location which is well within the city limits, the staff is very helpful and courteous and there are multiple options for dining in the it. The suites are spacious and there is ample space and swings for toddlers and kids to play. All in all, it was a memorable stay for my family..
