The
hotel
is
nice,
intricately
decorated.
However,
service
leaves
much
to
be
desired
for
such
a
nice
place.
A
few
points:
1)
staff
barely
speaks
English,
which
is
hardly
what
you
would
expect
in
a
hotel
with
international
clients
2)
called
various
times
at
different
moments
as
our
train
was
delayed,
the
phone
was
picked
up
and
immediately
hung
up
on
me.
3)
the
hotel
is
in
a
gated
area
that
closes
after
10pm.
No
instructions
are
provided
on
how
to
get
there.
4)
breakfast
is
quite
limited
and
only
within
certain
timeslots,
whatever
is
left
available
5)
the
hotel
misplaced
half
my
laundry
and
was
insistent
that
it
was
not
the
case.
When
I
showed
clear
proof,
they
were
unable
to
give
me
a
clear
answer.
They
only
took
me
seriously
when
I
demanded
back
my
money
and
became
obviously
angry.
They
told
me
to
wait
15
minutes,
which
I
did
(it
was
nearly
10pm).
30
minutes
later,
I
rang
reception,
only
to
be
told
that
laundry
would
not
show
up
that
day.
Visibly
upset,
I
said
I
would
go
to
sleep,
and
they
should
have
my
laundry
by
the
next
day.
Failed
even
at
that:
at
midnight,
the
doorbell
of
my
room
rang,
and
there
was
my
laundry.
Evidently,
the
concept
of
resting
hours
was
not
understood.
Overall,
I
would
expect
much
better.
