Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Location isn't very central but it's quiet. The bathroom was spacious. Breakfast is a lot of food! I think the French toast could be better but I'd still give a 5/5. Would recommend staying here if you want to stay in a beautiful room for a reasonable price. Haven't tried their restaurant yet but we've heard good things.

Most beautiful hotel we have stayed in India. Decoration is absolutely amazing in rooms, corridors and lobby. Rooms are spacious and have all utilities. Staff is very kind and helpful. Wifi is good and the hotel has a good working elevator. Very recommended.

Had a fantastic staying at Heritage Hotel, we had the room Nirvana and were so astonished for how beautiful the room looks. We felt like Queen and King. The breakfast was also great and fulfilling (if you are vegan you don't have too many options sadly, but otherwise I think it was totally worth it). Also the personnel is very helpful and always available :) I totally recommend this hotel

Stayed here back in 2012. The place was very clean and calm, had a rooftop cafe where you could have a 32°C nighttime chill (it was May). The staff (I've met the owner, a manager and a driver) were all nice and open. I've stayed in a cheapest room because I only needed where to sleep between sightseeing.

It’s architect has been done very nicely to give it a royal look. There are many places in this hotel where u will find the traditional royal work has been done very minutely. Only drawback was their food service or non-availability of buffet. It’s better to order food from outside than to have it here. Plus no swimming pool is there.

To begin with location of the hotel is good with all market places nearby if you have your own vehicle. The rooms are good and comfortable, staff is polite and helpful. The biggest drawback is the complimentary breakfast …very limited options with limited quantity and poor quality. We paid Rs. 4500 per night for our stay of 2 days and 2 nights i.e Rs.10800 including taxes for our stay. You expect decent quality and quantity of food when you pay such amount. The owner of the hotel should have a heart to provide his customers good quality and quantity of food. Also to share there is no in house kitchen in the hotel.

For the price they are charging, I haven’t stayed at any place like this where food is excellent and served in rooms and the place was super clean with very authentic Rajasthani vibes. Rooms are huge and extremely spacious with balconies. Receptionist was polite and the midnight checkin was so convenient. This is the place if you are looking for great things at low price.

I appreciated the amenities like coffee filter & moisturizer, things you don't expect in this price bracket. Every turn and every corner was photo worthy, just stunning. I just had the most amazing stay at Pearl Place Heritage Hotel. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with elegant architecture and luxurious furnishings. My room was spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

The hotel is nice, intricately decorated. However, service leaves much to be desired for such a nice place. A few points: 1) staff barely speaks English, which is hardly what you would expect in a hotel with international clients 2) called various times at different moments as our train was delayed, the phone was picked up and immediately hung up on me. 3) the hotel is in a gated area that closes after 10pm. No instructions are provided on how to get there. 4) breakfast is quite limited and only within certain timeslots, whatever is left available 5) the hotel misplaced half my laundry and was insistent that it was not the case. When I showed clear proof, they were unable to give me a clear answer. They only took me seriously when I demanded back my money and became obviously angry. They told me to wait 15 minutes, which I did (it was nearly 10pm). 30 minutes later, I rang reception, only to be told that laundry would not show up that day. Visibly upset, I said I would go to sleep, and they should have my laundry by the next day. Failed even at that: at midnight, the doorbell of my room rang, and there was my laundry. Evidently, the concept of resting hours was not understood. Overall, I would expect much better.

This is my first full five star review. God, the place was just something else. It was phenomenal and it was divine. The rooms were so cozy. The wooden work soothed me more than anything in this world. Service was great too but the restaurant, not so much. Its expensive but not worth the price and the ambience doesn't suffice. Overall great.

The building and room were beautiful and clean. The staff were great to, with breakfast and laundry available. There is also free transport to the sister hotel, where there is a bar and rooftop restaurant. It was easy to arrange a driver to go anywhere in the city to. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur.

I chose this hotel for several of my friends and I to meet up for a group trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pearl Palace. It was my first time staying here and I would definitely return. The staff were very helpful and kind and made our stay as enjoyable as possible. We also really enjoyed our meals at Peacock - we went four separate times and always enjoyed the ambiance, lovely food choices and music. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you're in Jaipur. The rooms were lovely and well equipped, as well as always clean and we enjoyed every minute!

The Hotel is more like a Palace with so many minute architecture designs throughout. Be it any floor you would find different designs and architecture in that floor. The room is so well designed with paintings and designs that you would feel like living in a Palace with modern amenities. Staff was very helpful and understanding. Service was great. Few drawbacks were it's location which is a bit confusing considering you came outside Jaipur. And other thing was their food menu. It was having so many less options to opt from and that too very costly. But you can order food from outside and have it in your room or dining area. That option is far better than having food from their menu. Rest the stay was good. And would definitely recommend it for 2-3 days stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience that left a lasting impression. From the moment I stepped foot into this hidden gem, I was captivated by its unique character, intimate ambiance, and the exceptional level of personalized hospitality. The boutique hotel exuded an air of exclusivity, tucked away in a quiet corner, yet conveniently located in the heart of the city. The moment I entered, I was welcomed warmly by the attentive staff who exuded genuine warmth and passion for ensuring a memorable stay. The personalized check-in process made me feel like an esteemed guest rather than just a room number.

If you have booked your stay in this hotel it would be one of your best decisions. The premium rooms here are huge here with such beautiful interiors, every room is designed as per different themes. We had stayed in room which was Jaisalmer themed and it will give you the feeling of staying in a palace. The washroom too was very huge, neat and clean with such intricate work on the walls. I would definitely suggest everyone to give this place a try and it will not disappoint you at all. Also the rates are absolutely pocket friendly, you will not get a better room that this at the price they are charging. This place is also away from the hustle of the city. They have their own restuarant and also allow to order food from zomato. If you want to go for sightseeing cabs/autos are arranged by them.

Mesmerizing experience. This hotel is the beauty of Rajasthan. All rooms are themed differently to give you a feel of Jaipur. At this price bracket, I would not go anywhere else. The owner has put all his heart in its making. When in Rajasthan, MUST VISIT!!!

This hotel is no less than a palace.. each room is different according to well known States and its culture... And suite rooms are really mind blowing and haven't seen any other such hotels in my life except this one... Have no words describe...

You have to stay here to believe it...all rooms have a theme of one state and the art work done in each of them makes you forget that you are in a hotel.....the food is excellent and the staff is full of warmth and hospitality. It's the best boutique hotel that I as a traveler have come across... ***** additional stars for this lovely stay.

The stay was amazing. I had a great customer experience staying there. But, things turned worst when I wanted to make a reservation for one of my friend. I wanted to pre book (paid) a specific theme, but they would not allow me to do it. I really fail to understand the logic behind it. Then I got a chance to speak with Mr. Manohar who takes care of the reservations and he is one of the senior staff member. The way he treated me over the phone was disastrous. He was shouting at me, fighting with me for no reason. All I wanted to understand was why can’t they hold a specific theme for me, when paying the whole money in advance. It is a great place to stay, I’d say it again. But, the worst customer service. They will not tell you this while making the reservation that they don’t have an in house kitchen, they have another outlet from where they get the food, and it takes 2 hours atleast for them to prepare and serve your food. Please spend your money wisely.
