This hotel is very very very bad,the hotel manager name Bhagirath is so rude,and his behaviour is very cheap,we had booked hotel here for 2 days at first they told us to pay total amount 2400 and at time of checkout they said that the 2400 is only for one day charge and telling a lot of lies that we had already confirmed your everything. A auto driver name Sajid who took to us at this hotel is also confirmed that he had changed is word about the charge after we have checked in at the room to him. Also there 3-4 staaf misbehaved with us and saying do whatever you want but we need to pay the extra amount by hook or crook, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone bcz it's not safe to stay there at any point,there staffs are lier, and so so so cheap.

Poor hotel. Purposefully tells incorrect prices and demand high once you reach there. Kindly ask to share the room pic before reaching or making any booking.

Poor room, dirty bathroom, and cockroach problem. Asked to change, but no rooms due to pest control. Requested refund, hotel initially refused. After persistence, got a refund the next day. Had to find a new hotel at 10 PM. Highlighting the need for better service and cleanliness.

Located in a peaceful area, not too far from the Sindhi Camp Bus stand. Unlike the negative reviews I found the hotel quiet decent and staff were well mannered. Cleanliness is up to the mark along with the room service. Surely recommend this for walkin and negotiating. Menu is veg however amazing food served, hygiene and delicious.

From the manager to hotel rooms, everything is below average. Although the service boys are polite, the manager is rude and does not give you proper information based on your meal plans. They will charge you literally for everything. The overall experience was really bad.

Cheap people...they dont refund your money . As agoda customer service sent them the instructions. Fraud behave of owner. I count get my money back . I ll never recommend this hotel. Room service is very bad. The rooms are very dirty conditions.

Worst experience ever! First of all the hotel was way too different from the one shown in pics uploaded .. Non hygienic rooms..there was presence of cockroaches in the room...the washroom was stinking and the comod was broken...geyser was not working...we stayed there for 2 days and had to bath with chilled water in winters....the phone was dead...there was water filled in handwash bottles...... The charge they took from us were good and I literally have no idea about what they charged us for Giving one star just because of the service and modest nature of the hotel servers... HIGHLY NON RECOMMENDABLE HOTEL !!!!!

So many Taxes is there , No timely room service and rooms charges is high considering the room space and dinning charges also high considering the Food Qty..

Worest experience ever in my life first time a ever, very poor hospitality, everything you need to ask them then they will provide, in my experience I satyed here in room 207, booked via make my trip including breakfast for two days. Difficulties faced there: 1. Gyser not working 2. Water not peovided in room even asking 2-3 times. 3. Room condition very poor looking like living in 3rd room things was damaged. 4. Tv damaged. 5. Intercom not working. 6. Shower also not working. 6. While checking out they charging brakfast items too even tea and bread too. Aftrr filing complaints against hotel to make my trip, than they come to ask what are problems we are facing Need improvement. Thanks.

Worst experience ever. They have shown us the oldest picture of rooms and the room was totally different it was unhygienic, Linen was dirty, washroom was not clean properly. Pathetic it was. Food was too oily. Don't recommend at all.

Horrible experience, the receptionist was very rude, we did early check in, he provided the room without proper cleaning, and when I went to complain, he said they normally charge 500 for early check in... He was speaking like he was doing me a favour. We went to ask for WiFi which was mentioned in amenities, he said what will you do with WiFi 😂 I don't think I need to put more info here. Please do yourself a favour and choose any other hotel. Don't know how they got these many good reviews, seems fake. Attaching the photos, please have a look.

Overall it had been a good experience. The hotel staff were humble and cooperative. The rooms were pretty clean with all amenities. It is not too far from Railway station and transport is easily available. You could always keep it as an option if you are looking for stay in Jaipur.

Only running after money can’t even afford to give a complimentary water and only looking after multiple ways to take as many money as possible from the pocket. Not recommended to anyone. Never never and never in your life visit the hotel they live in jaipur but has the most cheapest mentality and narrow minded people. I wanted to give minus rating to them but practically it’s not possible.

T.v not working, geyser not working, no lock in bathroom, towels bedsheet not clean . All that after upgrading the room . Highly not recommended to anyone you can for much better in same rates . Disappointed ☹️

In online it showed 1100 but once reached they said it is for 12 hours so he charged 1500 per room and the food was good and service as well it is easily located near by centre of city

Extremely bad, It is not a 3 star hotel ,zero star hotel , the hotel stinks so bad ,the rooms are not at all good. All the reviews on google are fake or I don't know what exactly is done but the review system is rigged. believe me better stay on road instead of this hotel.

I can't even give one star for this stay, they will talk with you very sweetly when u book but after you pay them they wont at all give you service. I would highly said please don't visit this hotel at all. Also non-hygenic they don't even change your bed cover and matress they will give you last use sure.

Manager was very rude and idiot... he don't know how to behave with customers.... Room service about cleaning and all was very poor.. I don't suggest this hotel for family.. Because at the end of check out manager will ask you about cash... And will try to loot you by confusing about the check out timing... Even he was hasitating to give bills.... Etc ....

I want to told all that the manager had remove from job on 3rd January2024 by me and my family and some etc guests and also we inform ower of hotel about it now its good their sevice is good and food is also tasty and except manager all staff is helpful.
