The rooms are ok but they don’t honour the information and prices on their website. There was a fire when we were there and we weren’t told to evacuate

We booked with on a site for a room... They wrote it was a special offer for 40$ so we booked but after we arrived at the hotel we were shocked by the reception that claimed they had no room less than 65$ minimum The place looked nice that's why we came through maps after we saw the offer and we booked but unfortunately they were not up to their word on the site and lied about a special offer just to draw customers attention to the place

Not bad rooms are nice but parking experience was abit creepy.

Staff are very nice and helpful, parking space available, wifi is good, rooms are clean.. i enjoyed my stay very much

A very clean and reliable hotel. No shortage of electricity and the hot water is amazing! The only downside is that it is a bit far from the city center. However, it is quite affordable for its price. I advise.

The reception man is really kind and helpful, the rooms are clean, there is not much facilities in rooms such electric kettle or iron or hair dryer, moreover the neighborhood is safe and lovely

Hotel breakfast is good nice fresh cheese tomatoes cucumbers, coffee is only plain nescafe from a packets. Staff is friendly and helpful at all times. Can recommend this place is up on the hill out of traffic.

Affordable but you get what you pay for. Rooms smell cigarettes but it is the norm in Beirut. Beds are not really comfy. Rooms are big. Staff is pleasant and helpful. No complementary WiFi in 2017 should be considered a crime.

One of the best Hotels in Beirut city, I have stayed in the Suite Chrome Hotel during my recent visit to Lebanon, rooms are amazing all new and big, Staff was very friendly & helpful from the first day, prices are the best in town, best value for the money guaranteed! My Special thanks to the professional management of this Hotel Ms. Rana, who made my stay very special. Definitely going to visit you again in the near future !
