Location of the property is good. Please don't book MAP Plan/Room with buffet dinner. Instead of buffet in the dinner you will served with the packed thali. Would be far better if you order online. Ample parking space is available. Breakfast has decent options

The rooms are nice. Staff is courteous. Breakfast buffet spread is decent but service is bit slow. Wifi connections are very week . Overall its is good hotel with neat & clean rooms. A pleasent stay .

We 15 members staying and we enjoyed lots of.everything is fine in this hotel. Shining and atmosphere is great. Cleanness is perfect. Bf is too much delicious. Service is exllent. Staff behave is too much politely.

Bad Experience by Worst Western Summerlea. We booked 23 rooms for marriage function but our stay was filled with hassle and inconvenience. The Reception staff does not have right attitude to be in hospitality field as their response was quite rude towards everyone. Their lift does not work beyond second floor and you need to have their staff to operate it to go beyond second floor.And they don’t have lift attendant to operate lift. Every time you need to use lift you have to call their staff member. And above all they locked the staircase beyond third floor till 10 am. The room service was also not very good. Even providing simple things like bottle of water and fresh towels took them half and hour during day time. Their rooms are quite spacious but for some reason we were not granted access to balcony for executive room as the door was locked for some reason. The only positive i would say is that their food was very tasty and rooms were neat and clean. All in all Best western summerlea should be named as WORST western summerlea. They have an infrastructure of a three star hotel but their service is no greater than a Dormitory.

Well stay was quiet uncomfortable with the kid. First rooms are dirty, no directory and one has to keep tossing from one number to another. No heating in room even when temp is 12 outside. No revert from front desk whatsoever after complain. Tv channels are pathetic and only few work. Car parking is good but very cramped. Godbless if you wanna take shower, no marking on fittings so keep guessing what side is what... Expected a 3star stay but its 1star as per service, quality of rooms and customer satisfaction. Stay at your own risk

"Perfect choice, everything was clean, with good public access to the city center. Very spacious rooms and very attentive staff. The breakfast was also very very tasty . Worst Hotel in jalandhar city. It is Hostel not Hotel So much restrictions for guest. Don't waste your money for this type of Hotel/Hostel.

Spent a very enjoyable 5 days at the Best Western Summerlea. From the moment you enter the hotel the staff are very gracious and helpful. All staff at the hotel are friendly and greet you with a smile. I have to give a big shout out to Neelam who made our visits to the restaurant a great experience with her menu suggestions and extremely lovely personality. I would also like to mention Rakesh who efficiently runs the hotel bar. He is a true gentleman who looks after his customers with a smile and a readiness to please. Overall I would say all the staff are a credit to the hotel.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The food was also so amazing you would be having a complementary breakfast with local food and English breakfast, regarding the Lunch & dinner meal are a bit expensive but worth it. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jalandhar.

Decent property with parking space facility. Rooms are clean , interiors are well lit and ambience is fine .. good for stay of family or business trip.. with most basic amenities in this range of hotels/ ac / geysers/ isntant tea / laundry Only minus could be being in city doesn't have any window views to offer in early mornings/ evenings

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had!! Nobody informed us about the loudest construction on planet earth!! I have never heard or experienced overnight construction at a hotel where a guest had to suffer like this!! They changed our room three different times with a promise that it won’t happen again!! Very disappointing looking breakfast, watered down sambhar along with a water like cappuccino!! Overall worst experience at a hotel which once was awesome!! Would never come back here and would ask others to call ahead of time and ask about overnight construction before booking!!

Hotel is fine, but they have cheated me. I haven't consumed anything from Mini Bar (Neither my 11 years Old son) But during my final check out billing i noticed bill was applied for stuff for mini bar too. I explained to the receptionist that i haven't consumed anything, specially one was Red bull and i never consume it because of its dangerous side effects (Obviously not my kid). She showed me empty can and chocolate wrapper pic as a proof, can u believe it :) which even house keeping guy could have used it while cleaning my house as i was out for whole day. And maybe they are using same pic for multiple customers to bill them, Also whats the proof that pic was belongs to my room..? She trusted house keeping manager and NOT ME (The customer) and even after my full explanation she didn't removed the bill and i had to pay extra Rs 420 for the stuff which i haven't consumed. They should investigate the matter as may be house keeping people are doing same for others too and could do in future as well. It never happened to me ever in any other hotel. And even something could had happened I am sure hotel staff will trust customer and not house keeping staff but this is not the case with Best Western. I will never stay in this hotel because house keeping staff is above customer here.

Today I visited with my friends there for a dinner. In restaurant staff was so nice. There was also two female staff members (I don't know their names) who were so nice even with other people who came there with family nd kids nd were cooperative. Service of their was so good. All orders were served in time and also in good manners. Food was tasty. Over all the best.

It was a day funtion and i m breastfeeding mother... In such a big hotel they couldn't give me place for 15 min to fees my baby, since dere was noise in function area baby was getting distracted and was not able to take feed.... Breastfeeding rooms are even available in government Institutions.

Full wastage of money My elder guests had to suffer a lot due to their staff non coordination . Their behaviour was rude . Rooms were stinking No tea bags were available Delay in response. Over all i won't recommend anyone to visit this hotel

Horrifying is the word. Reeking rooms with sickening housekeeping service. It seems everyone here is lost in their own la la land. I had a guest visit me which is fine but the way these guys ask for ids and stuff is bizarre when you are here for a corporate stay. I have stayed in Sarovar Portico, and Golden tulip none of them treat guests like these guys do. Avoid booking this property. When I met other guests, who were staying here they faced similar issues in terms of hygiene, ac issues, staff and housekeeping. Their Ac is not working most of the time so you have to remind them again and again.  I changed my hotel and regret booking this hotel. Kindly avoid doing any sort of stay bookings here.

Worst Hotel Ever, guys please stay at Sarovar Portico next door, may be bit more to pay but very professional, excellent customer service. Here these people will knock your door or call you so many times to make sure you are totally disturbed. Horrible smell of paint, gave me headache. Avoid this Hotel !!!

I visited this place for marriage function, the veg snacks were awesome, service was very good, neat & clean washrooms, the lighting was little dim in hall, it could be Little better, rest everything was pretty good, overall good experience

I must say, "Poor food & worst service irrespective of the higher price!" Not worth it at all! The reception persons are not helpful and non-welcoming! They don't even know about the occassions being organised inside the premises. One shouldn't choose it if other options are available at an equivalent budget.

Given my first solo trip to India, I was somewhat apprehensive and guarded. However, upon arriving at the Best Western Summerlea Hotel in Jalandhar within a few short days my apprehensions were laid to rest. The management team arrangements were swiftly and effectively executed. I will remember fondly the welcoming smile of Masoom on reception, the hotel staff were always very keen to please with special mentions to Manisha (House keeping), Shiv & Monti, Das sab (Valet services) and of course not forgetting Rakesh Ji my all time favourite Bar man 😀. The hotel itself was family friendly, kept exceptionally clean, with very good services throughout. Customer satisfaction was a clear priority. Great location to access around. Good parking space. Rooms are neat and clean. Polite and helpful staff. Food is ok. Bar is expensive and i think slightly over priced for the hotel.

Rooms are cleans and staff also cooperative. I stay 3 days and find room clean everytime after my work. Good place to stay . Thanks sabanan for making room clean everytime and find only one issue of hot water which they have to take care.

The rooms are Spacious but the staff was not responding. So the service was very slow We had 2 rooms and AC was not working for both of them. We even tried contacting the reception for our issue but the issue was not solved even then. We were told that they'll check with the AC plant and will fix it in 10 mins, which actually did not happen.

My experience is very good. Best staff behaviour and clean room. Room quality is good. Branded hotel in Jalandhar. Normal price rang of room. Ac cooling is good. 24 hours open and room available. Wifi connection is available but week speed. Awesome service over all.

Receptionist Ms Sandeep and Mr.navneet such a very bad staff there don't have any sense to talk..they even don't know what is the difference between guests and customers ..they r dealing guest's as a customer's....but the resturant staff and room services are soo soo good..food is also yum..
