Very high making charges- 25% and they claim 8%-10% on media. Don't claim 8% rather say 25% ....Also the staff thinks that they know all things and the customer is a moron. Rude behaviour of staff. Waste of time as for them customer is nothing.

Cheaters, making fool, I have taken scheme in June 2023 and at that time it was informed making charge @ 8% on simple band will be charged but at the time of closure of scheme they have asked for 25% MC which is gross breach of trust and same like IPC 420. I will never visit KJ ever. Also behavior of the staff members were very rude, even Gaurav used abysive language.
