😠 Very high making charges- 25% and they claim 8%-10% on media. Don't claim 8% rather say 25% ....Also the staff thinks that they know all things and the customer is a moron. Rude behaviour of staff. Waste of time as for them customer is nothing.

Went to the shop after coming across their 3% making charges ad on social media and found out that actually their gold rate is around 7% MORE EXPENSIVE than others, which brings the effective making charges to 10% if they were to sell at the actual market...
