I liked a certain polki design but when i asked about buyback policy they said, 80%. Now the catch is 80% is on bill value. There could be 50% gold value in the original value but when you go to sell lets says 20 years later you are only going to get the return value on the original bill whereas gold might have appreciated 600% (10% yoy) over the years. So great business for them, they make money while selling and they make even more while buying it back from you. So please DONT buy from them unless you are ok with your hard earned money going waste, many other jewellers offer gold appreciation on kundan/polki jewellery which makes better sense

Also, very helpful with suggestions and they are able to arrange adjustments as necessary to each individual’s choice. The packaging is very careful and neat.

BEWARE OF THEIR '3% MAKING CHARGES' SCHEME. Went to the shop after coming across their 3% making charges ad on social media and found out that actually their gold rate is around 7% MORE EXPENSIVE than others, which brings the effective making charges to 10% if they were to sell at the actual market price. As soon as you confront them with this, owner intervenes and tries to confuse you with their calculation and offers you 10% making charges on the actual market gold rate. So basically, in my opinion, this business follows unfair practices to lure customers into their showroom, only to find out that there is no discount/scheme of any sort, just a way to confuse innocent customers and make them believe that they are getting benefited, whereas in reality, the only party getting benefited is "BOMBAY WALE".

My experience was amazing everyone should try for best designs and there making charges are much lower than market . Honestly I went to buy a diamond ring and I got a diamond ring free they are having a scheme on diamond which is 1+1 I am very happy with their service Plus thier polki and jadau collection is just amazing Everyone should try once 😄
