Security staff very rood say wehicle park the outside the hotel and park the wehicle door not open

Excellent food and all the staffs were very professional and courteous. Property was spacious and well equipped. Rooms were incredibly clean and tidy, it literally gives you the feeling of luxury.

Great looking rooms with comfortable beds. The lighting was perfect. Ample space. Bathroom was a bit small. Food service was excellent. Everything was neat & clean.

Pros: Stunning reception and dining areas. Great location - not far from GT road and a mall next door. Waiters are respectful. Suites are roomy and decor is nice. Dinner in the main restaurant is nice. Cons: Regular rooms are small and definitely not 5 star standard. Poor service from management throughout. No concept of customer service at all! Reception and some management staff look down at you. Bed linen was dirty. Fridge wasn’t working and needed to be fixed. Faulty room lights. Poor view from room - could see into someone’s living room. Was given a room with 2 single beds for 3 people! Breakfast buffet is hit and miss - can take time to get your food and some items gave us upset stomachs. As a result we won’t be returning to stay here. I have been to many 5 star hotels across the world and this is not 5 star at all! I would say 3 star max! There’s cheaper 3 star hotels that are just as good nearby!

What a fantastic hotel..the gold theme going throughout the hotel is fantastic. Clean great food reasonably priced drinks and the service was fantastic. Highly recommended!!

The staff is polite, the food is good. There are many different services: a parikhmakherskaya, a swimming pool, a sauna, a gym, as well as various rooms for receiving guests. Everything is super!!! All the problems that arise are solved very quickly. A large selection of different rooms. The design of the hotel was also impressive, real paintings, tables made of stone and wood. Autumn is beautiful.

Nice hotel in vicinity of quiet a few shopping malls and restaurants. Well maintained rooms.

Very nice neat and clean hotel.

Overall services are good. Special treatment to kids by providing colours by housekeeping staff. But room location by online booking was really bad,so I deducted 1star. Pls confirm room location if possible before making a booking.

No parking ever available. If available be ready to see a new scratch on your 1cr worth car or your superbike. Rooms smell bad. Fungal growth in the AC vents.

Impressive space. Classic design. Spotless. Top notch food. Some of the best I’ve had in India. Rooms were very nice but mine was a little musty but otherwise was perfect.

Stayed here for work. Great quality overall, good quality great service and very helpful staff. However, there were cockroaches in the toilet, which was very disappointing for a hotel of such quality

Its located near to jalandhar bus stand only at 1 km distance and some one can reach in 5 minutes by E rikshaw. This hotel having all facility like room, restuarant , conference hall, very well maintained hotel, staff behaviour is also very good, they are supportive. Interior look very beautiful and clean. If you are having budget then u can book room in this hotel.

The food is ok ok not that great. ambience is good but for a date the place is quite lit up..lights could be dim.

Pathetic hotel, worst hospitality The rooms are worse than any 1 star hotel, they need to up their game so badly, be it in decor, room size, basic manners and hospitality Feels like a scam when they call themselves as a 5 star property and charge exorbitantly for their rooms. Highly recommend you to not book this property. Radisson group please pay attention to this property as it’s degrading your brand value. P.s please pay serious attention towards the staff you hire.

Beautiful setting staff are mostly very helpful and accommodating but there were certain members that had a real attitude problem hence the 4 stars! We stayed here twice in on our recent trip and admittedly the second time was much better than the first.

Not your typical Radisson. This hotel is engraved with rich history paintings along the wall. It has wonderful minor accents throughout that you see around this hotel that sets it above and beyond. Located around the city center, this is the only hotel worthy of a stay.

Kebab factory serves great food. However don't go without booking otherwise you will have to wait for hours.
