came for a solo trip and it was the best decision to stay at Ramada Encore. situated in the heart of the city, all the paces and markets are easily accessible for the guests. The food is a showstopper and the excellent hospitality extended by the staff is just amazing. they made my stay not only comfortable but also a memorable one.

One star rating just because of few staff members else this hotel deserve -5star rating. The kettle in the room was so dirty that I had to ask them to change asap. Room and washroom was very small and it reminded me of IBIS hotels as they have very small rooms and washrooms. The conditioner bottle in the washroom was empty. I am not sure why it was not checked by the hotel before check in. Bed was not at all comfortable and the rug was dirty too. There were so much room freshners sprayed in the lobby that it gave me a headache. We were offered a complimentary breakfast for the last day and food was not at all warm to be consumed and I did inform the staff there to get the warm food.I would love to appreciate the house keeping and college interns as those were very much helpful and I really appreciate the service they provided.I was expecting such a level of hospitality from this hotel. This was my very last booking with the Ramada chain and I will make sure never to book any Whyndham property. I was planning to stay at Ramada, Gurgaon for 5-10 days in Nov but after repeated bad experiences and not rectification on issues by Ramada/Wyndham I have decided never to choose your hotels. Keep up the same service and you will start losing your customers who always choose Ramada/Wyndham.

Located in jallandhar city. It’s little different than Ramada by Wyndham. But overall good property mid in the city. Front of the property is very small. Rooms are clean and maintained. Hospitality is also good. Food quality is good. Breakfast was good but need improve in variety of food. Recommended with family also.

I'm very sad to give this hotel one star because the actual hotel staff is great. However, I booked this place for a special and important occassion and had paid for decoration of the room. They have a vendor for decorations and the experience with the vendor was terrible to say the least. The decoration was half done (one side of the room wasn't decorated with balloons), they mixed cheaper material in between. I paid more for a better decor package, however, I got the cheaper decor only. The vendor showed me a video after the decor was done and I pointed out all the incompleteness. Even then, they left it as that. I had paid in advance so had no leverage over the situation. To make it worse, the vendor had absolutely no communication skills. I have never, in my life, faced such an experience in a hotel. But once again, I'd like to mention the wonderful hotel staff, from housekeeping to restaurant staff, every person was hospitable, kind, and polite. The food was amazing, the in-room dining experience was even better. So, if you don't have any celebration and looking for just a room to stay, I'd 100% recommend this hotel. The hotel staff is at par with every other 5-star I've stayed at. But if you want to book the place for celebration, avoid at all cost. A better option would be Ramada Central for occassions.

Snacks could be better , veg crispies were too crispy to bite on (hard), Soup wasnt tasty at all, Cutlets tasted like half cooked However On the other hand, Meal or dinner was delicious .

Centrally located. Staff is polite, clean rooms, good value for money. One problem I faced was valet parking while checkout they took 30 mins to bring my car that's not practical.

Rooms were decent but service was not upto the mark. I requested that since my checkout is early in morning, my breakfast be given early but no heed was paid to my request. Nobody has the courtesy to greet on arrival, escort the guests to room and on checkout as well, nobody bought the luggage downstairs which is a sign of lack of customer experience. At such a high price paid for the booking, I found it just ok although rooms were clean but will not prefer to stay again since interests of customers are not on priority.

Well Mr Vishal that is not true, my parents did came and gave the guarantee of minimum 100 guests and later your management changed it without informing us. And while asking for refund you threw the paper in my brother’s face and said you will not gove us our money back. I agree later you did pay us back but it wasn’t smooth or respectful. Hope you have great business ahead but I wouldn’t recommend ur hotel to anyone.

Hotel Ramada Encore is nice hotel in Jalandhar... had a stay there for a business trip... The rooms are small and cozy.. The services are good... The buffet breakfast and dinner is nice aa well... The price per night is fine...compared to the 4 star category status it holds... there's so swim pool bit they have a small gym.

Location is great... Food was tasty... Rooms were standard good rooms... Few issues 1. Few rooms smelled of smoke... didn't expect that from Ramada 2. A normal mineral water with MRP of Rs.20 was charged as Rs. 75

What a lovely stay we had!!! The staff was very friendly and supportive. The morning breakfast buffet was very enjoyable. Great location, great service. However they needs to work on the cleanliness of the toilets in the room which wasn’t upto the standard. Cheers

Liked it because of 2 unique things - 1) View of Narmada river from room 2) Direct connectivity to Amul Food Plaza, Ekta Mall, Ekta Food Court. We get buses easily as well.

I give 5 stars to this property because this hotel chain has a large presence in most of the big cities in India and abroad. Ambiance, food, location, service all are 5 star level.

Good place to stay .Well arranged rooms with all amenities. Nice staff & service. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Room service is good.Preparation is also very good.Only drawback is that no open space and lawn area is available.One suggestion to management of Ramada is to replace the furniture kept in reception area as very old & not compatible to 4 star hotel .

We stayed at the Ramada Encore for our first trip to India, my mother's first trip in 38 years. The staff will make you feel so welcome and will cater to your requests wonderfully. I would highly recommend this hotel for its dedicated staff alone. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Hotel is situated near apj college and is very easily accessible from different parts of the city by any means of transportation. Reception is huge and is well lit and decorated. Staff is very gentle and well trained. Went for a family dinner n their food will definitely not disappoint anyone. They have open kitchen so one can see the food being cooked. One complaint about their parking. They have two basement floor for parking but a two wheeler driver stopped has to park in the second floor and there is no lift to come back to ground floor. Improve that as not everyone wants to drive car especially when the city is becoming congested.

i recently stayed @Romada encore hotel Jalandhar and it was one of the best Experience I have ever had. staff members are very knowable specially Palak and Manpreet. other staff members are very kinds. our rooms are always clean .food always fresh and very tasty food. Breakfast Buffet is Excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for its dedicated staff alone .Thanks you for making our stay so memorable

The basement is small, personally I loved the creamy corn broccoli and its quantity was also fair, enough space in the hall for only 40 members at max as attended a function there, There is no washroom in the basement hence if you are attending any function at the basement hall you need to Go upstairs at the ground level or reception level The costing is a little over the price hence it is a Rs.2500 meal for 2 members Parking is valet so just get in and they will assist you to park the vehicle But the service is not great by the waiters They will not strategically serve the food you order, management needs to work on it While at the bar area, the positioning is also not good, its at the extreme end of the hall, while the peanuts are complimentary The hall does have a projector and we enjoyed Cricket match though 👍🏻

I enjoyed my stay at Ramada Encore, Jalandhar with my family. It has very good climate control centralised Air condition. Neat and cleaned cosy room & wash room. It has very good ambience everywhere. Staffs are very much co-operative and helpful. Enjoyed good food and drink. Cons: Little far from Jalandhar City railway station.

Disappointing experience, primarily due to what I strongly perceived as misleading claims about the facilities. I now feel I overpaid. The guest manual in the room claims business center (with VC facilities and so on), but when I called the reception to ask if I could use it, they mentioned there’s no such room. Later they showed me a small room with a shelf and laptop, in the name of business center. Next day I called to ask about the fitness center as advertised in guest manual, but was told again that it doesn’t exist. I almost started wondering how much of the claims on the manual were genuine. I’ve already given this feedback to the hotel staff, and hope the management either provides those amenities or removes such misleading claims that a customer cares about when they decide to pay $$ for a hotel room. The housekeeping staff and folks at reception were amicable, so I’d consider that to be the only silver lining in an otherwise underwhelming experience.

Did not stay at the hotel. Non availability of rooms. However the look of it. The hotel is centrally located and looked very warm and with an inviting ambience. Tr he staff was helpful. Good place t ok stay if one intends to move around in the evening hours for leisure.

Food quality pathetic: Very bad tasteless, some stale/bad odour food , bad breakfast. No variety no taste. Worst than 3 star . Nothing like 4 star, who was idiot who declare this 4 star. Bathroom so small like Mumbai chawl, no swimming pool, no gym,noopen terrace. Bad quality tv viewing as old age local cable connection. worst customer experience, worst room touch key always card deactivated after contact with phone. Hell like experience. Management is duffer, Staff courtesy is good.

We went to the hotel during the winters and there was no heater. They had the air con on for the whole floor and said the temperature cannot be altered room wise. We asked for mini heater and they said they don’t have those. There’s clearly much more expected from a hotel like this. Ridiculous service. Who sleeps with air con on during winters? And they have no alternative. Disgusting!

Very well maintained hotel. Rooms are neat and clean with good quality hygiene in the washroom. The only thing which may bother is the functions happening inside the hotel. Their music may disturb you. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor. Food preparation is good. The breakfast buffet spread is also good. Overall a very good experience.

Ambience is good. Hall is good. Food is good. But parking at the time of party may be an issue.

We stayed in suite room . Room was awesome but service was very slow and breakfast buffet was pathetic.... Didn't seems like fresh food and taste was also not good...they ppl need to work on quality and taste of their breakfast

Had a family function here, food is not good.. didn't expect this from Ramada. I my self work in hotel Ramada Palace Zirakpur PB. I know quality of food we served there. But this was beyond expectations. Though property is neat n clean, sanitized. Full marks for this. Staff is good. I am sorry for the food critic!! Hope better quality in future.

Ramada Encore is very nice hotel comparing my other hotels stay . Nice, silence, heigenic and bar and restaurant are very ambience to enjoy. As well staff are very cooperative. Breakfast is good.I prefer the hote
