Really very nice place...I really enjoyed the atmosphere... Food was fresh and delicious...you can definitely find peace over there...must visit

the place is run by honest people but cleanliness is an issue. I had taken two rooms, one AC and one non-AC. The rooms were so dirty. I never understood why there was a brown yellow spot on the AC and also the non-AC room. The bathroom was so dirty and smelly we even couldn’t use it. The pool was good but however I couldn’t use it. They need to work more on the cleanliness of the place. To be honest. I am not ever going to come back there but people who are saying they found it clean, they should check the shower curtains, and also the mud everywhere in the room. Seeing the review I booked the hotel I don’t think I can ever trust the reviews again I want to upload the photo but it is so dirty. It will spoil my Google account. On top of that they’re charging so much I would have taken a nice four star hotel in Mahabaleshwar in that price.

They booked the same super premium room twice and then they tried to give a small deluxe room in the same price saying that it's a super premium room. When we asked them to cancel the booking, they gave us the correct room but the experience was already ruined. After their service, was great.

A must visit place for Tapola tour. Great surrounding. Excellent view of Koyna River. Food was decent. Rooms were close to good. Only issue was cleanliness. But they did their best.

It’s was the perfect decision to visit here it’s an amazing property and one of my favourite places till now the management and the staff are very nice and helpful over there must visit.

Everything is great here, but the food needs to be less spicy and oily. Not many options for food outside the resort either, unless you're willing to drive for about an hour to Mahabaleshwar town. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The rooms are well appointed though they could do with a cost of paint. Hot water is not available if you want to take a shower in the evening. The boating next door is good though expensive. Overall, a nice getaway for a couple of days, if you can handle the lunches and dinners there.
