My partner and I had the best time here! We came expecting to have a drink and hop to the next bar, but we ended up staying our whole night chatting to the lovely, interesting bartender and other patrons. They also have darts which we love and played for ages, with other locals too! But the bartender made it with his energy and conversation, he facilitated connection between everyone with his attitude and good vibes. Definitely a great spot to visit and reasonably priced (800-1000¥ per cocktail, all delicious and wonderfully mixed/not just fruit juice). Hihoy recommend!

Such a great bar, nice relaxed chill environment. Happened to stumble accross this walking the streets. What a surprise it was for me someone from the Caribbean was so glad to of found this. Lots of classic reggae music playing which I loved. The owner of the bar was the real star of the show, so nice and friendly made great drinks provided great conversation and recommendations. We found this place by pure chance, "hidden" upstairs. Roy made our experience in Osaka legendary. Not only did we enjoy a wonderful night at his reggae bar, but we ended up partying together afterwards. If you visit the city, have no doubt that you will make a friend here.

I was originally looking for a hip hop bar but after seeing the reviews I decided to visit good times. I have no regrets, the owner Roy is an absolute gem and is fluent in both Japanese and English. He made me feel at home and his regular patrons are very friendly and likely to want to chat with you. I went 2 nights in a row an would absolutely recommend this place. Do yourself a favour and put this place on your list when visiting Osaka. I will definitely be back in the future.

We stumbled down a little alleyway and discovered the Good Vibes Reggae Bar and it did not disappoint. Cool crowd and great music. If you have high expectations you need to find this reggae bar!

Roy is an absolute blessing. If you’re in Osaka you cannot miss this place. This place is more than just a bar. It’s a must-drop spot in the heart Osaka. You don’t even need to be a total reggae fan - Roy will take perfect care of you.
