I love this lounge, there is so much space and tons of seating. The food is decent and the showers here are superb. They think of the smallest details as there were razors, shaving cream, and even face products available. I was most surprised by the fan that they have there because I’ve never seen showers equipped with fans as no one ever thinks that people are damp after a shower even if we have dried off and a fan would immediately solve that issue. Would definitely recommend if you have a long layover, we spent around 7 hours here.

Spacious and comfortable, a great retreat for travellers with longer transit. There are several comfortable seating areas with charging station, giving guests some privacy after being in a plane. There is also a great variety of food from sandwiches to noodles to soup, all light and yet filling. I enjoy the noodle bar where you can order from a selection of udon or soba and in a few minutes, your piping hot noodle soup will be ready. The sake bar has four types for guests to enjoy with the regular serving of other alcohol. No staff to do mixed drinks though. Love the beer tap too with two local beer for a cold refreshing drink. The wifi signal is stronger is certain area of the lounge.

Easy to locate, but very busy and crowded. The smell of food (curry rice) was everywhere, but there's a great seating with views of the runway. Liked the noodle bar and beer dispenser.

Large, clean, calm and cozy with view. I prefer the curry rice at JAL lounge though.

Large lounge, but very crowded with long queues for food and a long queue for the shower (1.5 hours). The karaage and chicken curry are amazing. Staff are extremely hard working, running around clearing plates and chefs prepping an abundance of food.

Crowded too much but you can find any thimg you want in food and drinks. Seats are tight and close to each other. I tried the shower and it was really excellent. You have everything you need, shampoo, lotions, hairdryer towels etc. Food is good, friendly staff, i enjoyed the two hours I stayed there.

Big lounge, nice entrance. Food is limited but delicious. Very slow in refilling empty trays. Beer (Kirin) is cold. Most seats don't have power receptacles or USB ports. The staff does not pick up used dishes often from tables. I was seated at a chair where the adjacent chair occupant left his used dishes, nothing picked up for over 60 minutes.

Love the noodle bar & the day I went the had a sushi chef and what the 5 stars is for. The line was way too long only to get 2 pieces though. They need to make this a lounge for business class because it was a bit loud and crowded than what I would have expected.

Very comfortable and clean lounge that's well-equipped and has a decent food option. What makes it for me is it's the perfect place for spotting planes taxiing from the runway to the terminal and vice versa. The planes are slow enough that you'll have plenty of time identifying each planes going past the lounge!

ANA has several lounges at Terminal 1. Important to note that some of them only open at certain hours of the day, however this is not highlighted on any of the signposts or notice boards! Thus you can waste large amounts of time walking to a lounge that is closed. I mentioned this to the lounge staff after finally finding an open lounge and they replied that the agent should have told me at check in. I replied that I checked in online. Ah! Other than that, the lounge itself was ok. Food was nothing special. The main area has large windows facing the apron which is nice.

👍👍 Super clean with COVID-19 measures in place as of 26th June 2022 so order and take away style for hot and cold meals. The bar is open anytime and you can choose from a great selection of alcohol (beer, wine, sake, Shochu, etc). The lower floor is only for beverages where people can enjoy calm and re...

😠 Worst lounge I have ever been to. No food, no snacks, barely any drinks, and you only get one free beer. No bathrooms and nowhere to relax. It’s just a big room with small, uncomfortable, and stiff seats that are awkwardly arranged where you are facing other people. You are also not allowed to bring...
