The response from the man at the pharmacy, Mr. Makino, is always intimidating. If there is any clumsiness here (forgetting to bring your medication notebook, forgetting to present it, etc.), you will definitely complain. It's not a kind way of saying, ``Please don't forget,'' but it's more like complaining that it's a nuisance. I guess he's the type of person who doesn't feel comfortable unless he says something to the other person. I've been going for years, but it hasn't healed. I would like to ask you to educate me, but since you are such a bossy person, I wonder if there is no one to educate you? Since I wrote my real name, I can also use my real name. I go to school with a developmental disability, so no matter how careful I am, I often forget things. very sorry. Mr. Makino, I don't think a psychiatric pharmacy is suitable for you. ? I'm sure there are patients who are feeling stressed.

Work stress causes adjustment disorders, and you may wonder if you have a developmental disorder in the first place. I had suspected this for a long time, so I went to see a doctor to find out the root cause of my poor health. In addition to adjustment disorder, it was discovered that I also had ADHD, and from the time I took a leave of absence to my retirement, they thoroughly listened to my situation and encouraged me to consult with a care worker. Since the attending physician treats many patients, it can be difficult to speak objectively and directly, but the fundamental thing is that they are reliable and will think together with you about ``how to make your life easier and easier.'' I feel this every time I go to the hospital. Even though the consultation time is short (15 minutes per person), I am grateful that they provide medical care that goes beyond just relying on drugs, and I am really glad that my first visit was at this hospital.

We can explain the structure of welfare services for patients, so even if it takes a long time, I think the financial pressure can be reduced.

I was transferred from a psychosomatic medicine clinic near Aeon and am now attending Kawada Hospital. It is a large, long-established psychiatric and psychosomatic hospital that also has an inpatient ward. I think it's common for all psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine departments to take a long time to make an appointment for the first visit and to have long waiting times, so I don't feel any particular problems. The teacher in charge is kind and listens to you with empathy. If you are wondering where to go or if you should be examined in the first place, I would definitely recommend it! I hope it makes your heart a little bit easier 🌙

I wonder if there are many good nurses in the inpatient ward! The ward is also clean. The protection room isn't dark either! The open ward is like a hotel. Going to the hospital is a little strange.

You can only make a reservation over the phone for your first visit, and you cannot be seen on the same day. The man who answered the phone first had a bad attitude on the phone. No intercession is necessary. People using cell phones should be careful as it takes over 10 minutes to make a reservation over the phone. It's strange that there are no online reservations these days.

The psychiatrist here doesn't do anything for me. They proceed on their own and say things that are off topic without even listening to what the patient has to say. It's a waste of time, so I'd rather make an appointment and go to another psychiatrist than go here. Going here made it even harder. I had no one else to turn to and I searched hard but to no avail.

For pharmacists I would like to put my medicine in a plastic bag. If you are prescribed a large amount, you won't be able to fit it in your bag or carry it around, so I would like you to put it in a plastic bag. Thank you for your understanding.

The doctor constantly interrupts me, and everyone, including the counselor, doesn't listen to my concerns and just says, ``You don't seem to be having much of a problem.'' It's the worst hospital.

I am a woman in my 30s who developed bipolar disorder after giving birth. From the first time, I was given drugs that could affect my pregnancy without asking for confirmation. As my first child settled down, I thought it was time for my second child, but I was told that if I wanted to become pregnant, I should go to a university hospital. If it is impossible to accommodate women who wish to become pregnant, perhaps they should not have accepted them in the first place. I'm shocked that they thought there was no way I would give birth to a second child. The time I spent visiting the hospital was wasted. We will also have to redo all procedures for independence support and reservations for the first consultation. It is physiologically impossible for the director to self-publish a book called ``Investing Techniques and How to Enrich Your Life: What a Psychiatrist Wants to Teach His Daughter and Son: Investing Techniques and How to Enrich Your Life'' and promoting it next to the reception desk. After all, I just inherited it! I'm glad I didn't have to pay any more money to a hospital like this.
