What tilted the scale from very good(4 stars) to Excellent (5 stars) was the kitchen staff, primarily the lead chef Mr. Reynaldo. He was able to cook up a custom dish to my liking using local and fresh local ingredients. He truly blew it out the park with the best dish I've had in the Dominican Republic!!! P.S. If you coming in without a vehicle, be prepared to take a 10-15 minute taxi to anything in Jarabacoa or nature parks(100-300 pesos).
