Rooms are spotless clean, buffet breakfast is a good value, also WI-Fi works very fast. Owner and the rest of the personnel are very friendly and helpful. Will visit in the future again :-)

Room 106. This is a great little hotel. I have stayed in most of the hotels on offer in this small provincial town over the last 15 years due to my wife having family here and this is definately the best so far. The service is excellent and friendly ( unusual in Jaslo) and are on hand to help with all sorts of requests. It is very reasonably priced but the room we had was spacious and spotlessly clean. It had a fridge which was a real bonus, The bathroom came with a powerful and very hot shower and plenty of towels. The room had satelite tv but only in Polish language. It would be a good upgrade to have netflix on offer. We brought a laptop so got around it that way. Wifi was reliable. The hotel is located at the end of the park so a short 5-10 minute walk to the central square. Its pretty quiet here too nonetheless. The restaurant offers Polish classics which were brought out quickly and hot (unlike some restaurants in town!) and generally very enjoyable. There is a private car park to the side which is handy for the side door which leads directly to the stairs and our room. All in all I would be very happy to recommend Hotel Sepia to anyone visiting Jaslo.

One night, the room next door to us was very loud, it sounded like at least 6 people were having a party and one person was even being sick. This was disturbing us so I went to ask for the manager to see if we can move rooms. The manager didn’t seem to care and told us the people would probably leave. It was like the manager cared more about the drunk guests than us. I was not happy with the response. Also, I stayed in the room for 5 nights and not once was the room cleaned or rubbish taken away. I think this is strange for a hotel of this standard. I would expect that at least the rubbish would have been removed and towels replaced. I am from England and would have appreciated more TV channels. No channels were international, and there was no alternative like Netflix. Overall this is a nice hotel but the service can improve a lot.
