First off, I need to start by sharing that I am probably one of the biggest fans of Taco Bell. It probably wouldn't be a stretch to say that I am in the top .001% of Taco Bell customers. All of this to say, it feels almost against my character and morals to say anything even slightly negative about one of my favorite restaurants in the entire world. Nonetheless, it must be done. The bean burrito I received at this location was so disgustingly horrible and dry. I gagged at even the idea of eating it. The beans were so old and dry that they closely resembled the very old and dry dirt that this Taco Bell was built upon. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if this was the case here. In all my long, Taco Bell-devoted life, I've never been so disappointed or emotionally scarred from a fast food restaurant. That's saying a lot because clearly my standards aren't even that high seeing as I just announced that Taco Bell is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. I hope that this was just a one time disappointment and they won't ever serve customers this quality of food ever again. May God have mercy on us all.

Always check your bag before driving off. We're probably at 10 times got the correct items, 3 times items were forgotten

My wife wanted taco bell today and order chicken chalupa, had to wait 20 min on the line and they told me to wait because they didn’t get my order, they got my order and waited 10 min to get the food in the front parking lot, finally got the food and came home the order wasn’t even right also forgot my drink. Worst customer service ever and they were sending 10 other cars to wait in the line. Is this looks like chicken chalupa in the picture ??? I wish I can give 0 star, 1 star is too high for me today..

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve honestly ate at. We live almost 40 minutes away and it’s so worth the drive. People are so nice and appearance is neat and clean. Store was immaculately clean!!

Ordered here tonight at 2305. Had three people arguing over the order. Food always good but the service was horrible. Need really figure out why I’m arguing with people over simple order. Figure this out or keep going down bardstown road to better Taco Bell. Because this place starting to be the future kfc on bardstown road that closed.

Girl working dt Window was the best wish I knew her name I do believe she was working alone. I went through Thursday night well actually Friday morning it was after midnight. Food was hot and fresh. Definitely be returning.

So the Gordita crunch only gets cheese on the bottom? And the bread was stale. 🤢

Don't waste your time here. They are always "too understaffed" or only taking online orders to serve people in the drive through.

The young lady that was working drive threw was fantastic an super sweet!!! My daughter's liked her hair so they interacted for a few an she was super patient since we changed our order like three times ugh but anyways my first time at the Taco Bell but won't be my last. Got to say one of the nicest I've been to. Didn't go inside but the parking lot didn't have trash ANYWHERE it was super clean. Good job,Taco Bell on that location!!!

Workers but nothing but nice and respectful but food was messed up and was missing an item. Some tacos didn’t have cheese. One taco was supreme when they were all supposed to be regular. Just overall not a good experience

this was the first time at this location. And will be the last time. I came through the drive thru, and the first thing we had was a language problem, so I had to go to the window to place my order. the food was cold and everything was wrong, the burrito was terrible and was rap wrong. it must have been his first time making a burrito.they need some serious help there

Never eating here again!! This location deserves less than a one star! You hope to get decent food and instead get served trash. Everytime I give this place a chance they screw up my order OR half make your food. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Customer service and food quality is HORRIBLE! Ordered 3 DLT taco supremes. Got home, all 3 we so badly made, 2 completely fell apart, 1 had such a minuscule amount in it. Maybe a quarter of a teaspoon of meat(if that) a few tomatoes, about a dime sized amount of sour cream. Drove back up there. Manager at approx. 5pm Aug.4 refused to give me a refund or remake, then had the audacity to tell me to watch my attitude. Like I'm supposed to be happy, and all smiles, when you half make my order, and what you gave me wasn't even edible. Then this worker guy(not even a manager) walks up and tells me to get out , that they're not giving me anything. This manager should be fired. Pictures were taken, and this WILL be escalated to DM and corporate!

Did a great job. Wasn't very busy like other Fern Creek location which made a breeze to get in and out. Like how fast food use to be in 80tys and 90tys.
