Had to stay near Jeffersontown for a 3 month project in which I worked overnights. Was needing a long term quiet room in which I could sleep during the day without being disturbed. Management was extremely accommodating to my needs and I could not have asked for a better experience. Everything I needed was close by or on site. Would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms were gross and dirty. They also double charged me and I have been fighting with them for 2 weeks to fix it. Going submit the charges as fraud to my bank.

*My 10 yr old noticed info in the kitchen lol YOU can pick up clean, sanitized kitchen supplies (dishes, toaster, coffee pot cookware, etc) from the front desk...to customize your own stay and picking up just what u neeed. Both our Queen and Deluxe Queen Suites are totally immaculate. Microwave, Fridge, and Stove all clean and usable...There are however no dishes, pots, pans, etc. as advertised...if you plan to cook when here, BRING cookware & paper plates, plastic silverware, etc. Bath tub is perfect for a long hot bath....just simple but deep and wide enough to lay in nicely....and again, VERY CLEAN! "Breakfast" is simple coffee and granola bar, etc. Grab and Go....not a full on meal...which is fine...if you want something quick & easy. The price of the room, cleanliness, easy/friendly check in.....all together, I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to others! I'd like to see the kitchens furnished next time, though. :)

We visited days after new management took over. Many, many, many things need to be addressed. However, the new management was nice, thoughtful, and accommodating to me and Mom. I hope one day I can return here once things improve. The location and room setup are perfect for when I visit my family in Louisville. Lots of potential.

I would recommend if your needing a 1-2 night stay. We were traveling between states and stayed for 1 night. Customer service at the desk was great. The stay was good not great the bed was uncomfortable with dips. Time for them update those. The pull out didn’t bring any sheets and uncomfortable the kids mentioned. It was quiet area no noise which was nice. The breakfast is not real breakfast it’s just a to go area with muffins and Nutri-Grain bars.If you need items for your kitchen it does not include any make sure bring some. The bathroom was very clean which was nice. Did not notice any bugs.

I wish I had chose to stay here sooner. It was the perfect home away from home during a tough time. The room was great and the staff where very polite and helpful. Very affordable and would highly recommend staying here.

I read all the reviews and still chose to stay here. The room was nice. Very few complaints like the door to the bathroom did not close all the way. But overall my family loved it. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. Is it a 4 star hotel no but is it as bad as some of the reviews also no it is worth the stay for the price.

Im generally not a fan of Extended Stays, but this was the first one I didn't hate. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have stayed here multiple times and the rooms have always been fine with no issues. The internet runs perfectly which isn't always the case with Extended Stays or other hotel chains. One of the very few Extended Stays I will ever stay at.

Came here for the Kentucky Derby, and it was clean coming in so I will give them that. However, I get the two star hotel thing, but I have stayed at plenty of extended stays for work and have never experienced issues with trash taking, bed making, sheet changing, and towel exchanging. This extended stay would not do any of that. What makes matters worse, is that the pricing was set higher then normal for the Kentucky Derby with an absolute non-existent room service. I truly expected better. It was a shame that the 6 nights that we spent, not once did the bed get made, trash taken or anything cleaned up. We are not messy people but a little attention goes a long way. Very disappointed and would not recommend this location.

No elevator, bed was terrible (would sink in the middle) causing back pain. Kitchen cabinet made of formica are swollen due to water log. Stairwell was dirty. Reception counter smelled of cigarette smoke although it's a smokeless hotel. Extended Stay at Dutchmans Lane would have been a far better alternative. This location needs massive remodeling.

Very unprofessional, i wouldn’t even give this place 1 start. I wasn’t able to get the room that I reserved online. They said the hotel got bought out, and that the reservation I had on the room was “lost” because of the system change and that there wasn’t any rooms available. Not a care if my family was stuck in Louisville. Had to go elsewhere, and luckily I was able to find a different hotel with the room I was needing. Would not recommend to anyone!!
