The popular Starbucks of Bandar Rimbayu. Good landmark to meet up with visitors and a perfect place to chill and chat. My usual place for a cuppa latte after my weekend morning run. Friendly staff and service. Restroom can be better though otherwise a good place to hangout. Plenty of parking at all time.

Really disappointed with this staff attitude and the management. In google it said 24hrs yet when i came at 12:25am, the staff said its closed. The lights are on and the staff are smoking and ‘lepaking’ outside. Very inappropriate behaviour. Why cant update in google the timing as i came long way to enjoy my coffee yet got really disappointed. This is not the first time yet it happening often. Somedays its 24hrs and somedays closed. Pls update on the timing as it’s troubling. Hope there will be action taken. Thank you.

As much as this place looks nice from the outside, the baristas don’t seem to be pleased with customers walking in. The atmosphere is just quiet and cold, no greetings of welcome/good morning till I’m right in front of the counter for a good minute. Is this still the same Starbucks culture? The Barista (Izzati) at the counter didn’t bother asking for my name nor call out my order when it’s ready. It also took me a couple of attempts to get their attention before they can help me with some serviettes and chili sauce. I ordered a cold brew but it tasted nothing like it, I’ve been to lots of Starbucks and by far this has definitely been my most disappointing experience. The service and training definitely needs an upgrade, this place is too nice for such lousy customer service. PS: I was there for a good few hours catching up with a friend and I’ve not heard a single greeting for any customers that walked in.

Good setup, ample car park, easy to drive through. Polite staff who offer very good service. A++

Quite a new and independent 2-storey store on this new area. Ample free parking as it is situated next to Rimbayu club house. The outlet is big and spacious to move around. It has more seating on 1st floor. Brightly lit with natural light and a bit warm to if seating next to the window as no blind is provided. Quite busy on a working weekday during COVID-19 EMCO

Superb customer service. I only wanted a coffee but ended up with food too. Love the view. I am a top fan of this cafe! Like really over the top! It is cozy, clean and pretty. Mind u, there's even couples that took the pre-wedding pictures here! 😊

Clean and comfortable environment. Love their overall design, modern and good natural lighting. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Such a nice Starbucks. Quiet and very good atmosphere. Came all the way from Mont Kiara to have a meeting here.

Either than the ambience in the outlet, the baristas here dont look happy having customers, and the drinks tastes worse than any other Starbucks outlet. But if you live around here and most cafes are packed, this is the only option for you. All the baristas are good at are selling hard to make you think adding caramel, coffee(didn't say extra coffee shot) like it's part of the drink, but they were actually add on charges. Oh and the WiFi doesn't work most of the time. You'll see lots of mobile hotspots here.

Redeemed my free a slice of cake for my birthday, and a cup of chocolate chip frappe as a reward after spend for rm300 via app. Chill out and relax, nice and cozy. Que were little bit long at the weekend.

Secluded location at Rimbayu. Good place to wind down. Drive-through facility available. Courteous staff. Food is as good as at any other S-outlet. Carpark space is ample. Fine atmosphere for 1:1 meetings/discussions.

Drink's were tasty. Food was disgusting though... Soggy oily and not fresh pastries.

Stand alone outlet with not so crowded people in the afternoon. Good place to chill out on a hot afternoon.

went for a dine-in for the first time, the place was packed but there was a table with 8 seating that’s vacant but there were some clothings, phones, etc. asked the staff if there were anyone sitting there but apparently it was the staff’s belongings. (please note: they dont end up sitting there) told them nicely and even wanted to sit at the corner of the table as we were 4 person but they just gave cold shoulder treatment ever since. the staffs were quite rude as we talked to them nicely and they just gave us silent treatment, asked the staff abt the toilet was answered with uninterested manner. other than that, the food was great, the drinks were ok, the ambiance was nice. just hope that next time the manager in charge would take a really good care of the staffs and prioritize the customers.

Should improve on service timing. If you need a very chill & peaceful starbucks, here is the right place before it became crowded in the future. Because the residential area here is still developing, so the customer is not yet packed like other urban areas in the city.

Drove all the way from Sek 7 Shah Alam to here for peace n serenity (when you know how to avoid peak hours) staffs are amazing. Lots of parking. Just avoid rush hours

Very comfy environment to chill out and the design of the building is majestic. I guess due to lots of trees are being planted around the area, I am feeling breeze instead of hot even though I was sitting at the outside open area at afternoon.

I forgot to take some pictures, but the service was good and fast. I bought some drinks and stayed there for an hour or so. The cafe was fully occupied, i was lucky enough to get a table😅There was no line in the cafe, but their drive thru was always occupied. Drinks taste wise are good, up to standard 👏🏻
