As
much
as
this
place
looks
nice
from
the
outside,
the
baristas
don’t
seem
to
be
pleased
with
customers
walking
in.
The
atmosphere
is
just
quiet
and
cold,
no
greetings
of
welcome/good
morning
till
I’m
right
in
front
of
the
counter
for
a
good
minute.
Is
this
still
the
same
Starbucks
culture?
The
Barista
(Izzati)
at
the
counter
didn’t
bother
asking
for
my
name
nor
call
out
my
order
when
it’s
ready.
It
also
took
me
a
couple
of
attempts
to
get
their
attention
before
they
can
help
me
with
some
serviettes
and
chili
sauce.
I
ordered
a
cold
brew
but
it
tasted
nothing
like
it,
I’ve
been
to
lots
of
Starbucks
and
by
far
this
has
definitely
been
my
most
disappointing
experience.
The
service
and
training
definitely
needs
an
upgrade,
this
place
is
too
nice
for
such
lousy
customer
service.
PS:
I
was
there
for
a
good
few
hours
catching
up
with
a
friend
and
I’ve
not
heard
a
single
greeting
for
any
customers
that
walked
in.
