Hiding inside a local market, this restaurant serves Korean blood sausage that is very flavourful. The most popular way to eat here seems to be sundae (blood sausage) in a spicy boiling broth. The sausage is quite garlicky. The broth also contains some pig intestines.

The best Sundae-Soup in my life. Whenever I visit Jeonju, this place is never excepted. Someitmes I went to Jeonju only for this restaurant. Hope they spread their branches to other provinces like Seoul and Busan.. the good things should be shared with others.!!

Traditional stuff intestines (Soondae) restaurant. The servers can actually order for you if you are new the place. This soondae is different in that you dip it with chojang (a bloody looking sauce that is sweet sour spicy) , a reason why it is named bloody soondae.

Always right taste!

This place which is a bit hidden had the reputation to make the very best sundae soup. Unfortunately that was up to a couple of years ago. Nevertheless it's still the best I had since I have been in Korea. Not like most other places their black sausages are actually filled with quite some meat. Usually you'll get more noodles... The soup only gets three pieces but you can order more. Definitely a place to check out if you're around and a sundae lover.

This restaurant is noisy. The service here is great. You should eat sundae gukbab because it is very delicious.

Went to eat dinner with my parents. Sat down to look at the menu and the waitress immediately came to take our order. As it was our first time here, we were still debating on what to get. Not even a minute later, the waitress huffs that we’re taking too long, slaps down the menu sheet on the table and storms off. Needless to say, I was shocked. I been to places where it’s been packed but never had any waitresses act this way. She came back later to take our order and gave us a nasty attitude while doing so. It almost felt like I was a toddler getting scolded by my teacher. The soon-dae and the soup we ordered were pretty good, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re fine with getting terrible service. There are other places that serve the same things but with better attitudes.

The Sundae Gukbap 순대국밥 that I tried was indeed a bit blunt. I added the seasoning as I was advised by Koreans who were sitting next to me, but it didn't make much difference. The taste of the blood sausage was interesting, but not for every day. The restaurant was full on a Saturday evening, quick service, good vibes.

Super delicious hand made sundae and sundae kukbap! I absolutely loved it, the chillies are super spicy so be careful! I loved the sauce on the table to dip the sundae. Everything was super good and I still find myself craving it whenever I think about it.

Real authentic Korean food !!

Food and service was good. Unfortunately I realized I do not like the item this restaurant specializes in (blood sausage). I had 순대국 (soondae soup) and plate of 피순대/찹쌀 순대 (blood/glutinous rice soondae) combo. Food and side dishes were all good and service was good also. I did not enjoy the blood sausage as I mentioned before.

Probably closer to 3.5 if I had to score it. They mainly do blood sausage and oppal soup and nothing much else so if you don't like heavy soups this isn't the place for you. The blood sausage is real thick.. not size wise but consistency wise. You can taste the gritty texture of the congealed blood.. which gives it a unique and authentic feel/taste. I enjoyed it because it was different but I probably couldn't finish a plate of it by myself and I love blood sausage. The soup was good and packed with oppal. Only downside were the side dishes. It was basic and not tasty at all, also it's self serve (down to the water and sauce). Would recommend to hardcore 순대국 lovers but not to most others.

Its unique meat soup. It located in Nambu market, you can try to many kind of fusion street food at night. It worth it going there once at least
